Bukit Sri Bintang is forested twin hill in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. [1] [2] It is actually part of a more extensive forested area which extends south as far as Bukit Kiara and is separated from this area by the E1 New Klang Valley Expressway. The highest peak of the hill is 212 metres above sea level. [3]
The Pudu Prison, also known as Pudu Jail, was a prison in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Built in phases by the British colonial government between 1891 and 1895, it stood on Jalan Shaw. The construction began with its 394-metre prison wall at a cost of 16,000 Straits dollars, and had been adorned with the world's longest mural at one point in its history. The cells were small and dark, each only the size of a shoebox.

Bukit Larut is a hill resort in Malaysia located in the state of Perak, Malaysia, 10 kilometres southwest from Taiping. It was established under the direction of British colonists in 1884 as a place of observation for tin mining activity and as a retreat for the English people who were based in nearby Larut and Taiping. The Klang Gates Quartz Ridge is a quartz dyke that runs through northeast of Kuala Lumpur and the state of Selangor, Malaysia within Bukit Lagong-Kanching-Klang Gates region. At more than 14 km long and 200 m wide, it is the longest quartz formation in the world. The other major quartz vein in Kuala Lumpur is along Kajang-Cheras road, which is about 8 km long, however the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge is one-of-its-kind because it has four types of quartz formation. The area has five endemic plant species among 265 species that are found nowhere else in the world. A rare animal, the serow, is found here as well.
