History

The company was first started in 1984, after CJ Group acquired Yupung Pharmaceuticals, as Pharmaceutical BU, part of CJ CheilJedang corporation. [1] In 2006, Hanil Pharmaceuticals was acquiring and merged into the company. In 2008, the company entered into a joint investment agreement with Neuralstem, Inc.. In 2014, the company was established as CJ HealthCare Corporation. In April 2018, we separated from CJ Group(CJ CheilJedang Co., Ltd. ) and became a family with KOLMAR Korea. Then, in order to lead a new innovation in global pharmaceuticals in 2020, we changed the company name from CJ to HK inno.N and started a challenge to create a 100-year-old company.
