Carlos Perdomo is a Belizean politician. He is the former Minister of National Security in Belize. [1] In that capacity he was the cabinet secretary and thus deputized for the Governor-General Sir Colville Young.

Perdomo was elected to the Belize House of Representatives for Caribbean Shores in 2008, defeating PUP incumbent Jose Coye. [2] He was not a candidate for re-election in 2012. [3]

2015 Belizean general election

General elections were held in Belize on 4 November 2015 to elect members of the House of Representatives. On 28 September 2015 Prime Minister Dean Barrow announced that he had advised the Governor-General to dissolve the National Assembly and to fix Wednesday 4 November 2015 as the date for the next general elections.
