Carmen Silva (born 12 October 1979) is a Brazilian taekwondo practitioner from Londrina.
She competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. [1]

The American territory with a population of four million people qualified 22 athletes in eight different sports. The appearance of the Puerto Rican delegation at the Beijing Olympics marked the commonwealth's sixteenth consecutive appearance at the Summer Olympics, and its twenty-second appearance at any Olympic Games, since its debut at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, England. Of its competitors participating in events that involve progression by heats, six athletes advanced at least one round in their events, and two advanced at least two rounds, with Asunción Ocasio almost medaling bronze in taekwondo. However, there were no Puerto Rican medalists at the Beijing Olympics. McWilliams Arroyo, a boxer, bore Puerto Rico's flag at the ceremonies.

At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he qualified for the repechage in the 68 kg lightweight division by losing to the eventual gold medalist Servet Tazegül. Jennings won one of two bronze medals in that division by landing a three-point headshot with the score tied and one second left in the bronze medal match against Diogo Silva of Brazil. The other bronze medal in the division was awarded to Rohullah Nikpai.

Born in Tripoli, Lebanon, he has lived in Australia since he was a child, attending Lurnea High School in south-western Sydney and training at his brother's gym, Global Martial Arts. His brother Ali Khalil, is also his coach, and the Australian Olympic coach for 2012.,
Vaughn Scott is a male Taekwondo fighter who represented New Zealand at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London in the Men's 80kg weight class. He lost his first round fight to Argentine Sebastián Crismanich by a score of 9–5. Because Crismanich went on to win the gold medal, Scott was included in the repechage and lost his fight to Afghan Nesar Ahmad Bahave by a score of 11–6, and was eliminated from the Olympic tournament.
Sousan Hajipour Goli is an Iranian taekwondo practitioner. She competed in the 67 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics and was eliminated by Carmen Marton in the preliminary round.
Lorena Aida Benítes Valverde is an Ecuadorian taekwondo practitioner. She represented Ecuador at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed and played for the women's heavyweight category (+67 kg), an event which was later dominated by Mexico's María Espinoza. She was eliminated in the first preliminary round of the competition, after being defeated by Australia's Carmen Marton, who only scored two points in the match.

She received an automatic free pass from the first round, after Niger's Lailatou Amadou Lele had been disqualified from the competition. She lost the quarterfinal match by a decisive point from Croatia's Martina Zubčić, with a score of 2–3.
Matthew Francis Beach is a New Zealand taekwondo practitioner of British origin. Beach qualified for the men's heavyweight division (+80 kg) at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, after winning the Oceanian Qualification Tournament in Nouméa, New Caledonia. He lost the preliminary round of sixteen match to China's Liu Xiaobo, with a score of 1–4. Beach currently resides in Bogota, Colombia, where he is employed by the British Embassy as an immigration officer.
Cristiana Corsi was an Italian taekwondo practitioner, who competed in the women's featherweight category. Considered one of Italy's top taekwondo players of her decade, Corsi obtained a total of nine medals in her sporting career, including a gold at the 2002 European Championships in Samsun, Turkey, and a silver in the 59-kg division at the 2003 Summer Universiade in Daegu, South Korea. Corsi was also selected to compete for the Italian taekwondo squad in two editions of the Olympic Games, where she obtained a fifth-place finish in the women's featherweight category (57 kg) on each edition. Throughout her sporting career, Corsi trained for Rome Taekwondo Centre in her native Rome under Korean-born head coach and master Park Young-Gil.
