Sila María Calderón Serra is a Puerto Rican politician,businesswoman,and philanthropist who was the governor of Puerto Rico from 2001 to 2005. She is the first woman elected to that office. Prior to her term as governor,Calderón held various positions in the government of Puerto Rico,including the 12th Secretary of State of Puerto Rico from 1988 to 1989,and Chief of Staff to Governor Rafael Hernández Colón. She was also mayor of San Juan,the capital of Puerto Rico,from 1997 to 2001.
Roxanne Qualls is an American politician who served as the 66th mayor of Cincinnati,Ohio. She also served a two-year term on the Cincinnati City Council prior to her service as mayor,having been elected in 1993. On August 8,2007,the Charter Committee announced her appointment to fill the unexpired term of council member Jim Tarbell. Qualls was elected to a two-year term on Cincinnati City Council in November 2007,and again in 2009 and 2011. She served as Vice Mayor,the chair of the Budget and Finance Committee,chair of the Livable Communities Committee and chair of the Subcommittee on Major Transportation and Infrastructure Projects.

Chumney was a leading attorney taking the fight for election security to the U.S. Supreme Court and Congress. She is also the author of "The Arena:One Woman's Story" [Lady Justice Publishing 2021],which has gained national recognition,including First Place At-Large Autobiography,by the National Federation of Press Women. Chumney is now an elected Shelby County Circuit Court Judge and took office on September 1,2022,after winning the countywide election.

She was named as an Outstanding Indian Woman of 1977 by the North American Indian Women's Association,and served on the National Advisory Council on Indian Education from 1983 to 1990. In 1993,she was inducted into the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame for her work with foster children and the founding of the North American Indian Women's Association.
