Caroline Eugenie Lagerfelt (born September 23, 1947) is a French-born American actress, long based in the United States, recognized for her roles on Sweet Magnolias , [1] Gossip Girl , [2] Six Degrees [3] , Dirty Sexy Money [4] , Nash Bridges [5] and Beverly Hills, 90210 . [6]

Early life

Lagerfelt was born to Swedish diplomat and ambassador Baron Karl-Gustav Lagerfelt and Sara Champion de Crespigny, daughter of British major Vierville Champion de Crespigny and Nora (née McSloy). [7] She grew up in Japan, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Sweden, and attended boarding school in England. She immigrated to the United States [8] and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. [9]
