Castello di Annone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) southeast of Turin and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Asti.

To the east it borders on the province of Alessandria, while in the south it shares a very short border with the Ligurian province of Savona. Its name derives from the Latin ad nonum ("nine miles"), indicating its distance from Asti. In the Middle Ages it was an important strategic hub, until it was destroyed by Spanish troops in 1644. In 1994 it was flooded by the nearby Tanaro river.
