History

Cavco Industries was founded in 1965 in the United States as a manufacturer of factory-built housing. [3] Over the years, the company has grown its reach and operations by acquiring a number of companies, namely, Fleetwood Enterprises in 2009 [4] and Palm Harbor Homes in 2011. [5] In subsequent years, Cavco continued its growth by acquiring more manufactured-housing brands and related businesses.
