Ccarhuarazo (possibly from Quechua, qarwa leaf worm; larva of a beetle; pale, yellowish, golden,^[1] Ancash Quechua rasu snow, ice, mountain with snow,^[2] Hispanicized spellings Carhuaraso, Carhuarasu, Carhuarazo, Ccarhuaraso, Ccarhuarasu, Ccarhuarazo, Qarwarazo) is a volcano ^[3]^[4] in the Andes of Peru, about 5,112 m (16,772 ft) high. It is located in the Ayacucho Region, Lucanas Province, Chipao District as well as in the Sucre Province, Soras District.^[5]

Ancash Quechua, or Huaylay, is a Quechua variety, spoken in the department of Ancash by approximately 1,000,000 people. Like Wanka Quechua, it belongs to Quechua I.

Huacrish lies on the sub-range west of Yerupaja, northeast of the mountain Auxilio and southeast of the Auxilio Lake.

Lake Apiñaccocha is a lake in Peru located in the Ayacucho Region, Lucanas Province, in the districts of Chipao and Puquio. It is situated at a height of approximately 4,404 metres (14,449 ft). Lake Apiñaccocha lies northeast of the town of Puquio and southeast of the lakes Yaurihuiri and Urqunqucha.

Kunturqucha is a lake in Peru located in the Ayacucho Region, Paucar del Sara Sara Province, Oyolo District. It lies southwest of the lakes Tipiqucha, Huch'uy Tipiqucha, Hatun Tipiqucha and Chawpi Tipiqucha, and east of the lake Yanaqucha.

Hatun Pastu is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 5,170 metres (16,962 ft) high. It is located in the Puno Region, Lampa Province, on the border of the districts Palca and Paratía, southeast of the mountain Qillqa and north of Waykira.

Ccarhuarazo or Qarwarasu is a 5,169-metre-high (16,959 ft) mountain in the Chunta mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Huancavelica Region, Castrovirreyna Province, Santa Ana District, and in the Huancavelica Province, Huancavelica District. Ccarhuarazo is situated southeast of Kuntur Wamani and Wamanrasu. Its highest peak is on the border of the provinces. Two other peaks which reach 5,062 metres (16,608 ft) and more than 5,000 metres (16,404 ft) lie to the northeast in the Huancavelica District.

Hatun Usnu is an archaeological site in Peru on a mountain of the same name (Jatunhosno). It is located in the Ayacucho Region, Huamanga Province, Chiara District.

Tinyaq or Quri Willka is an archaeological site in Peru with storehouses of the Inca period on a mountain named Tinyaq. It is located in the Ayacucho Region, Huanta Province, Iguain District.

Anqasi is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 4,400 metres (14,436 ft) high. It is situated in the Ayacucho Region, Lucanas Province, Cabana District. It lies north of a mountain named Inka Wasi.

Wamanilla or Misayuq Pata is an archaeological site in the Ayacucho Region in Peru. It was declared a National Cultural Heritage by Resolución Viceministerial Nº 459-2011-VMPCIC-MC of April 20, 2011. It is situated in the Huanca Sancos Province, Sacsamarca District, and in the Víctor Fajardo Province, Huancaraylla District.

Runcu Tauja is a mountain in the Vilcanota mountain range in the Andes of Peru, about 5,200 metres (17,060 ft) high. It is located in the Cusco Region, Canchis Province, Checacupe District, and in the Puno Region, Carabaya Province, Corani District. Runcu Tauja lies northwest of the glaciated area of Quelccaya, west of Quimsachata and north of Millo.
