Challenge Accepted is an American YouTube docuseries created by Michelle Khare and Garrett Kennell, hosted by Khare. The series premiered on YouTube in 2018 [1] and features Khare taking on intense physical and mental challenges.
In each episode, Michelle Khare trains with real-world experts from the featured field, often undergoing the same physical and psychological challenges as full-time professionals. [2] Episodes typically include interviews with field experts, physical conditioning, and behind-the-scenes insight into careers that are often inaccessible to the general public. Challenge Accepted began as a personal creative endeavor led by Michelle Khare and co-creator Garrett Kennell. [8] Early episodes were often conceptualized through brainstorming sessions centered around Khare’s personal fears and challenges, using prompts such as “What are Michelle’s biggest fears?” and “What’s a unique situation to face them head-on?” [9] These ideas were then shaped into transformational narratives. As the show gained popularity, production quality increased with the addition of a small team from both traditional and digital media backgrounds. [10]
There are currently 61 episodes of Challenge Accepted, released from 2018 to 2025.
