The Open de France is a European Tour golf tournament. José-Filipe Lima is a Portuguese professional golfer. He won the 2004 Aa St Omer Open to gain a place on the European Tour. His best seasons were from 2005 to 2007 when he finished in the top-100 on the European Tour Order of Merit. Successful Challenge Tour seasons in 2009, 2013 and 2016 have promoted him back to the European Tour but, on each occasion he has failed to retain his place on the tour. A 54-hole event, it debuted in 2010 as the Montreal Championship at the Club de Golf Fontainebleau in the Montreal suburb of Blainville, Quebec, Canada. The course was a par-72 at 7,105 yards (6,497 m)

The Finnish Challenge is a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour. It was first played at Golf Talma in Talma, Finland, from 2001 to 2003, but took a hiatus from 2004 to 2011. The 2012–14 editions of the tournament were played at the Kytäjä Golf Club in Kytäjä, Hyvinkää, Finland. The 2015 tournament was played at Aura Golf Club in Turku. From 2016 to 2023, the tournament was played at the Vierumäki Resort in Vierumäki.

Brooks Koepka is an American professional golfer who plays in the LIV Golf League. He formerly played on the PGA Tour. In October 2018, Koepka became world number one in the Official World Golf Ranking and remained for 47 weeks after winning the 2018 CJ Cup. He won the U.S. Open in 2017 and 2018, and the PGA Championship in 2018 and 2019, becoming the first golfer in history to hold back-to-back titles in two majors simultaneously. In 2023 Koepka won the PGA Championship for the third time, bringing his total to five majors won within six years. He started his career on the European Challenge Tour and eventually the European Tour. Koepka played college golf at Florida State University.

The NH Collection Open was a one-off golf tournament dual-ranked by the European Tour and the Challenge Tour. It was played for the only time in April 2014 at the La Reserva de Sotogrande Club de Golf in Cádiz, Spain.

Romain Langasque is a French professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He won The Amateur Championship in 2015 and in 2020 had his biggest professional success when he won the ISPS Handa Wales Open.
