Chandradip Singh also known as Chandradeep Singh or Chander Deep Singh [1] is an Indian politician and former member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. He is a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation. He had represented the Piro constituency from 1990 to 1995 as a member of the Indian People's Front, [2] a mass front of the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation. [3]
The Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) (CPI (ML)) was an Indian communist party formed by the All India Coordination Committee of Communist Revolutionaries (AICCCR) at a congress in Calcutta in 1969. Communist Revolutionary League of India (CRLI) is a political party in the Indian state of West Bengal. The Indian People's Front (IPF) was a mass front organisation founded in Delhi between 24–26 April 1982. It was conceptualised by Vinod Mishra and it was operated as the open mass front of the CPIML Liberation between 1982–1994. The front primarily worked for the social and economic upliftment of Adivasis,Dalits and impoverished sections of society and mobilised them through the means of unions,rallies and conventions.

In 2020 he defeated his near rival Kamla Devi from Ziradei seat with a margin of more than 25000 votes.

Singh has won the Bihar Assembly elections 2020 from Karakat constituency,securing 79,224 votes. He was able to defeat his nearest political rival and the second runner-up to the assembly elections from this constituency,Rajeshwar Raj of Bhartiya Janata Party with a margin of 16,548 votes. Singh is a political activist as well and he has also contested Bihar Assembly elections earlier in 2010,but was defeated by Rajeswar Raj,who was then a member of Janata Dal (United).
