Charles Forward (born 13 June 1969) is an English cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman who played for Hampshire second XI,Hampshire Cricket Board and Marylebone Cricket Club.
Forward was born in Romsey,Hampshire. He is married with two children. He qualified as an accountant in 2001 while working for Ernst &Young. [1] In about 2010,they moved to live in Sar,Bahrain. [2]
Forward was a promising junior cricketer and represented Hampshire Under-19s in 1987. He went on to play for Hampshire second XI in the Second XI Championship and Second XI Trophy in 1990.
As a playing member of Marylebone Cricket Club,Forward went on tours of Namibia in 2001, [1] and Nepal in 2003. [2] In Namibia,he made nine appearances for the side,five of which came against the Namibia national cricket team.
Forward played club cricket for Old Tauntonians &Romsey and was selected in the Southern Cricket League representative side. [1] He made his solitary List-A appearance for Hampshire Cricket Board in September 2002. [3] [4]
Donald Bryce Carr OBE was an English cricketer who played for Derbyshire from 1946 to 1967,for Oxford University from 1948 to 1951,and twice for England in 1951/52. He captained Derbyshire between 1955 and 1962 and scored over 10,000 runs for the county.

Arthur Percival Day was an English amateur cricketer who played for Kent County Cricket Club during the period of the county's greatest success in the County Championship before World War I. Victor Henry Douglas Cannings was an English cricketer,cricket coach and colonial police officer. Born in Hampshire in April 1919,Cannings joined the Palestine Police Force in 1938 and spent World War II in its service. After the war he secured a contract in county cricket with Warwickshire,playing first-class cricket for the county from 1947 to 1949,at which point he had fallen out of favour at Warwickshire. He was signed by Hampshire in 1950 and played first-class cricket for the county until 1959,forming a potent bowling partnership with Derek Shackleton. He took 834 wickets for Hampshire,the eighth most taken by any Hampshire player. Following his retirement,Cannings took up numerous coaching roles,most prominently at Eton College,where he spent 24 years.
