Plot

Rajesh a struggling entrepreneur who runs a bakeshop, the arrival of Zheng, a woman from China. Her presence somewhat disrupts the rhythm of the village, leaving the audience curious about her identity and the reasons behind her visit

Cheena Trophy marks the directorial debut of Anil Lal. [2] The film is jointly produced by Anup Mohan, Ashlin Mary Joy and Lijo Ulahannan under the banner of Presidential Movies Private Limited. [3]

Music

The music is composed by Sooraj Santhosh and Varkey. [4] The audio rights were acquired by Manorama Music. [5] The first song titled "Sanchari" was released on 14 October 2023, sung by Arackal Nandakumar and written by Anil Lal. [6] Ashtaman Pillai, a visually-challenged musician, made his debut as a playback singer with the song titled "Choodarum". [7]

Release

Cheena Trophy was initially planned to release on 6 October 2023, but was postponed and released in theatres on 8 December 2023. [8] [9]
