Rudolf Eric Koertzen was a South African international cricket umpire and former cricketer. A cricket enthusiast since his youth, he played league cricket while working as a clerk for South African Railways. He began umpiring in 1981, before becoming a full-time official eleven years later. In an international career spanning 18 years, he officiated in a record 331 matches and is only behind Aleem Dar in officiating as an umpire in most international matches.
Aleem Dar PP is a Pakistani cricket umpire and former first-class cricketer. He has been a member of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires. Dar won the David Shepherd Trophy three years in a row from 2009 to 2011, after being nominated twice in 2005 and 2006. Karumanaseri Narayanaiyer Ananthapadmanabhan is an Indian cricket umpire and former first-class cricketer from the state of Kerala. He played for the India "A" national team in international cricket and for South Zone and Kerala in Indian domestic cricket. He is a former captain of Kerala state Ranji Trophy team. He now serves as an umpire at the first-class level and officiates in domestic cricket tournaments in India, including the Ranji Trophy and Indian Premier League. In August 2020, Ananthapadmanabhan was promoted to the International Panel of ICC Umpires.
Bruce Nicholas James Oxenford is an Australian former cricket umpire and a former cricketer. He has been an ICC international umpire since 2008, when he first umpired an ODI match. He went on to stand in his first Test match in 2010. On 26 September 2012, he was promoted to the ICC Elite Umpire Panel, the highest umpiring body in the game of cricket, replacing fellow Australian Simon Taufel, who retired from the panel to take up a newly created ICC supervisory and training position.
Nitin Narendra Menon is an Indian former cricketer and umpire. He was a right-handed batsman, representing Madhya Pradesh in List A cricket. He is now an umpire and has stood in matches in the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy and the Sheffield Shield in Australia. In June 2020, he was promoted to the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires, replacing Nigel Llong. His father Narendra Menon was also a cricketer and umpire.
Niels Gunnar Bagh is a Danish cricket umpire who serves on the ICC Associate and Affiliate International Umpires panel. Bagh first officiated a match of note in 2001 when Staffordshire played the Worcestershire Cricket Board in a List A match in the Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy. Four years later, Bagh stood in his maiden first-class fixture, between the Netherlands and Scotland in the 2005 Intercontinental Cup. From 2005 to 2010, Bagh stood in 12 further Intercontinental Cup matches.
The International Panel of ICC Development Umpires is a panel of international cricket umpires chosen by the International Cricket Council (ICC). Established in 2005, its members are drawn primarily from the organisation's associate members. It stands alongside, and is intended to offer a career path into the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires. Umpires on the panel are not restricted to matches between associate teams, and have officiated at One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International level.
Shaun George was a South African former cricketer who later became an international umpire. He was part of Cricket South Africa's umpire panel for first-class matches.
Vineet Anil Kulkarni is an Indian cricket umpire. Kulkarni made his debut as an umpire in both List A and first-class cricket in 2009. He served on the ICC International Panel of Umpires in the on-field category and officiated in 25 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 14 Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). He made his T20I umpiring debut in 2012 and his ODI umpiring debut a year later.

Christopher Mark Brown, commonly known as Chris Brown, is a former Cook Islands cricketer, who previously played representative cricket for Auckland at New Zealand domestic level. Born in Rarotonga, Brown played his early cricket for Auckland under-age teams, and went on to represent the New Zealand national under-19s in several matches as a right-arm fast bowler. Making his first-class debut during the 1993–94 season of the Shell Trophy, he took ten wickets in his debut match, and represented the New Zealand Cricket Academy twice later in the season.
Gregory O'Brian Brathwaite is a cricket umpire from Barbados. His One Day International (ODI) umpiring debut was on 7 August 2011, in a match between Canada and Afghanistan in the 2011–13 ICC World Cricket League Championship. He officiated in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between the West Indies and Australia, on 27 March 2012.
Sameer Bandekar is an Indian cricket umpire who currently represents the United States. The first international match that Bandekar officiated in was a women's One Day International (ODI) in 1997. He stood in his first men's ODI match in 2002. He later emigrated to the United States, and was elected to the ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel in 2015. He stood in matches in the 2015 ICC Americas Twenty20 Division One tournament. He umpired in his first men's Twenty20 International (T20I) on 22 December 2021, between United States and Ireland.
Anil Chaudhary is an Indian cricket umpire. He stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) on 10 October 2013, in a match between India and Australia. His first One Day International (ODI) as an umpire, between India and the West Indies, was played on 27 November 2013. He was one of the 17 on-field umpires for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. In January 2020, he was named as one of the sixteen umpires for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup tournament in South Africa.
Alan James Neill is a Northern Irish cricket umpire. Neill serves as a member of the ICC Associate and Affiliate Panel of Umpires representing Ireland.
Gazi Sohel or Gazi Ashraful Afsar Sohel is a Bangladeshi cricket umpire.
Rahul Asher is an Indian-born cricket umpire based in Oman. In July 2017, Asher was selected to officiate in matches in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup qualification tournament in Singapore. He was one of the umpires in the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament in Oman. In April 2018, he was appointed to the Development Panel of ICC Umpires.
