Chicos de Barrio is a Mexican musical group formed in 1995 in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. A large band with a dozen musicians, Chicos de Barrio plays tropical-style Latin music including pop, urban, cumbia and vallenato. [1]

<i>Barrio Fino en Directo</i> 2005 live album by Daddy Yankee

Barrio Fino en Directo is the second live album by Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee, released on December 13, 2005, by El Cartel Records and distributed by Interescope Records. The album is a live collection of songs from Daddy Yankee's previous album Barrio Fino recorded during his tour Barrio Fino World Tour at several locations including the United States, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. It was the first Daddy Yankee album to had a Parental Advisory sticker and first and only album to include a skit. It also includes a DVD featuring interviews, concerts and the making of the music videos. A re-release of the album, Tormenta Tropical, Vol. 1, was released on July 4, 2006. It includes all of the new recorded songs, and two of the live tracks from the album. The album differs from Barrio Fino en Directo because it does not include a DVD.

Selena ¡Vive! was a benefit concert which was held on the tenth anniversary of the death of Tejano superstar Selena Quintanilla-Pérez. The concert was held on April 7, 2005 at the Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas with over 70,000 attendees. The special was produced and filmed by the Spanish language network, Univision, and was the most-watched special in the Spanish language in the history of American television. Event host Univision announced that proceeds from "¡Selena Vive!" will go toward 10 scholarships for students looking to pursue higher education at Texas universities.

Pueblo chico, infierno grande is a Mexican historical telenovela set in the Pre-Mexican Revolution period, produced by José Alberto Castro for Televisa in 1997. From Monday, January 6, 1997 until Friday, August 1, 1997, Canal de las Estrellas broadcast it weekdays at 10:00pm, replacing Te sigo amando and replaced by Salud, dinero y amor. Televisa released an abridged DVD version of the novela in several countries. It also aired on Univisión in the United States.

3 familias, is a Mexican telenovela produced by Joshua Mintz and Ana Celia Urquidi for TV Azteca. It is an adaptation for Mexico of the Ecuadorian series of the same name. It premiered on October 23, 2017 and ended on May 25, 2018. It stars Íngrid Martz as the titular character. The production of the telenovela officially began on September 11, 2017.

Uriel del Toro is a Mexican actor and model. He has carried out exclusive advertising campaigns in Barcelona, Madrid, Hamburg and Milan for brands such as Diesel, Armani and Levi's. He has also worked for Aghata Ruiz de la Prada, Prototype, Nike, Adidas, Calvin Klein and Pepe Jeans among others. During the Fashion Week Mexico 2008 has been awarded the prize for "Best Male Model". On television he has been known for his characters in telenovelas as La que no podía amar, La Impostora, Mariposa de Barrio, and Al otro lado del muro.

Ray Vasquez, also known as Ray Victor, was an American singer, musician, trombonist and actor, and a significant influence on the Latin jazz scene from 1940 through 2019.
