Zephyr Glacier 1 is a glacier, about 8 miles (13 km) long, flowing westward from the southwest side of Mount Edgell into George VI Sound to the south of Cape Jeremy. The feature was surveyed by Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), 1948, and British Antarctic Survey (BAS), 1971–72; photographed from the air by U.S. Navy, 1966. Named by United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) in 1977 after Zephyrus, the west wind. One of the several features in this area is named after winds.

Hobhouse Inlet is a body of water in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, Canada. It lies off the southern coast of Devon Island. Like Stratton Inlet, Burnett Inlet, Powell Inlet, and Cuming Inlet, Hobhouse is situated between Maxwell Bay and Croker Bay, in the eastern high Arctic, north of Lancaster Sound and Barrow Strait.

On the continent of Antarctica, the Aramis Range is the third range south in the Prince Charles Mountains, situated 11 miles southeast of the Porthos Range and extending for about 30 miles in a southwest–northeast direction. Bewsher, who named it for a character in Alexandre Dumas' novel The Three Musketeers, the most popular book read on the southern journey.

Gibbs Glacier is a glacier, 15 nautical miles (28 km) long, flowing southeast into the northern part of Mercator Ice Piedmont on the east side of the Antarctic Peninsula. This feature together with Neny Glacier, which flows northwest, occupy a transverse depression between Mercator Ice Piedmont and Neny Fjord on the west side of the Antarctic Peninsula. Gibbs Glacier was photographed from the air and first mapped by the United States Antarctic Service, 1939–41, and the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition, 1947–48. It was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee for Peter M. Gibbs of the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey, a surveyor at Horseshoe Island, 1957, and leader at Stonington Island, 1958, who was responsible for the first ground survey of the glacier.

Hunt Peak is a triangular rock peak, 610 metres (2,000 ft) high, marking the north side of the entrance to Stonehouse Bay on the east coast of Adelaide Island, Antarctica. It was discovered and first roughly surveyed in 1909 by the French Antarctic Expedition under Jean-Baptiste Charcot. It was resurveyed in 1948 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), who named the point marked by this peak for Sergeant Kenneth D. Hunt, a mechanic for the expedition's Noorduyn Norseman airplane in 1950. Further survey in 1957–58 by the FIDS showed no definable point in the vicinity and the name was transferred to the peak.
