The film was set to be released on 12 May 2023. [6] Due to unknown reasons, the release date was postponed & its release was delayed to 2 June. [4] [7]
Chowk released on approximately 300 screens in India, collected ₹3.5 million on opening day. The film grossed over ₹47.0 million at the box office and became eleventh highest grossing Marathi film of 2023, it is declared semi-hit at box office. [8]
The music of the film is composed by the duo Sai-Piyush and Omkar Swarup Bagade, while background score is composed by Omkar Dhotre. [2]
