Chris Lent (born March 15, 1988) is an American drummer [1] and keyboardist, formerly a member of the post-hardcore band From First to Last, and of the experimental metal band I Set My Friends on Fire.
By Far the Least became Dead Reckless, a southern rock band, that was produced by Matt Good and Travis Richter on several songs. [2] [3] Dead Reckless toured the Dead by Dawn 2 tour with From First to Last, He is Legend, Haste the Day, and Chiodos. The band disbanded in the spring of 2006 while on tour in Tennessee.
Lent was the keyboard player for From First to Last. He is seen in the video for Worlds Away, and the live performance on Jimmy Kimmel for Two as One. Lent performed at Download Festival, Rock Am Ring, Pinkpop, Warped Tour, KISS headliner, among other tours and festivals with the band. He left the band in 2009 to focus on drumming, he was featured in the band self-titled album.
Lent originally joined the duo I Set My Friends on Fire as only a touring drummer assisting Matt Mehana and former member Nabil Moo in 2009. [4] However, the band decided to make him a permanent member soon thereafter. He made his debut with the band on the song "Four Years Foreplay", a compilation with comedy duo Smosh, but his first appearance on a track strictly with the band was a demo version of the group's song "Excite Dyke".
Chris was also touring with The Color of Violence Derek Bloom and Travis Richter side project whenever time permitted. Lent was one of two drummers alongside Daughters drummer Jon Syverson. [5] After Nabil Moo left the group, he replaced him as the keyboardist and composer on the group's second album, Astral Rejection . [6] He wrote the script and treatment for the video It Comes Naturally with his brother Nicholas Lent. The video was then directed by Nabil Moo with Nicholas Lent co-directing. This was followed by another successful run on Warped tour '11 and a co-headliner in Europe with A Skylit Drive, after which he left the band.
From First to Last is an American post-hardcore band formed in Tampa, Florida but based in Los Angeles, California. Formed by Matt Good, Scott Oord, and Parker Nelms in November 1999, the current line-up consists of Matt Good, Travis Richter, Derek Bloom (drums), and Matt Manning (bass).

Derek Bloom is an American musician and singer, known for drumming in post-hardcore band From First to Last for all of their time as a band until their revival. He left From First to Last in November 2013, later rejoining in 2017. He is also the drummer for his grindcore side-project with Travis Richter, known as The Color of Violence.
Travis Brandon Richter is an American musician, singer and record producer. He is known for being a vocalist and guitarist in the band From First to Last and the lead vocalist of The Color of Violence and The Human Abstract. He is also a record producer and in 2018 cofounded a music venue in Los Angeles, CA called "1720", with Alex Alereza (Nekrogoblikon) and Brett Powell.
I Am Ghost was an American post-hardcore band from Long Beach, California, United States, conceived of and founded by Steven Juliano in 2004. They were signed to Epitaph Records from 2005 to 2010, before splitting up in July 2010. They briefly reunited on April 28, 2016.

Blessthefall is an American metalcore band from Phoenix, Arizona, signed to Rise Records. The band was founded in 2004 by guitarist Mike Frisby, drummer Matt Traynor, and bassist and vocalist Jared Warth. Their debut studio album, His Last Walk, with original vocalist Craig Mabbitt, was released April 10, 2007. Their second studio album, Witness, with current vocalist Beau Bokan, was released October 6, 2009. Their third studio album, Awakening, was released on October 4, 2011. The Amity Affliction is an Australian post-hardcore band from Gympie, Queensland, formed in 2003. The band's current line-up consists of Ahren Stringer, Joel Birch, Dan Brown (guitar) and Joe Longobardi (drums). The Amity Affliction has released eight studio albums including Severed Ties (2008), Youngbloods (2010), Chasing Ghosts (2012), Let the Ocean Take Me (2014), This Could Be Heartbreak (2016), Misery (2018) and Everyone Loves You... Once You Leave Them (2020). They are known for their highly personal songs, often dealing with depression, anxiety, death, substance abuse, and suicide, many lyrics stemming from vocalist Joel Birch's past struggles. The Amity Affliction released their latest album, Not Without My Ghosts, on 12 May 2023.
I Set My Friends on Fire is a post-hardcore band from Miami, Florida. The band was formed in 2007 by Matt Mehana and Nabil Moo. The group signed with Epitaph Records before releasing their debut album, You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter, in 2008. Drummer Chris Lent joined the band in 2009. The group's second album, Astral Rejection, was scheduled to be released on June 22, 2010, but it was shelved for a year by Epitaph. Moo left the band in 2010, then Lent left the band. The group's third album, Caterpillar Sex, was announced in 2013 but has never seen a release.

It includes the band's most famous song, "Things That Rhyme With Orange", a promotional video for which was released July 22, 2009. Four of the album's tracks are re-released songs from the band's self-released EP I Set My Friends On Fire EP. The album reached #29 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart.
The Ghost Inside, formerly known as A Dying Dream, is an American metalcore band from El Segundo, California. Formed in 2004, the band currently consists of vocalist Jonathan Vigil, guitarists Zach Johnson and Chris Davis, bassist Jim Riley and drummer Andrew Tkaczyk. They have released one EP and five studio albums, with their latest, The Ghost Inside, released on June 5, 2020, via Epitaph Records as a return from their hiatus.
Motionless in White is an American metalcore band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2004, the band consists of lead vocalist Chris "Motionless" Cerulli, guitarists Ryan Sitkowski and Ricky "Horror" Olson, drummer Vinny Mauro and bassist Justin Morrow. Cerulli is the only member of the original line-up that remains in the band. The group has stated that their band name derived from the Eighteen Visions song "Motionless and White".

Falling in Reverse is an American rock band that formed in 2008 by lead vocalist Ronnie Radke while he was incarcerated. The band's original name was "From Behind These Walls", but it was quickly renamed to Falling in Reverse shortly after formation. They are currently signed to Epitaph Records. The band has undergone numerous lineup changes, with Radke being the only remaining original member.
Skip the Foreplay was a trancecore band from Montreal which rose to prominence by covering the song Champagne Showers by LMFAO, getting a contract and releasing and on Epitaph Records and featuring reality TV star Mathieu Maltais on guitar. In addition to the habitual vocals, guitars, bass and drums of metalcore, the band featured a DJ, Jean-Michel Aumais, and their music adds club beats, auto-tuned vocals and dubstep to the elements of metalcore. They changed their name to Now and on Earth in 2014.

He is the former lead guitarist for the experimental band, I Set My Friends on Fire, and currently runs Motorsports management agency, fgrACCEL, with Buffalo Bills running back, Antonio Williams, and the father of NASCAR driver, Joe Graf Jr. He was previously a guitarist for the post-hardcore experimental rock band The Bunny the Bear from 2012 to 2015.
"Losing My Life" is a song by American rock band Falling in Reverse. It was released on June 26, 2018, through Epitaph Records. The song is the continuation of the previous single "Losing My Mind". The song was re-released on April 8, 2019, as part of the Falling in Reverse EP Drugs. This is the last single to feature keyboardist, guitarist, and former bassist Zakk Sandler, and the only one to feature drummer Brandon "Rage" Richter.
