Christopher Wallace (born November 4, 1975) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football for the University of Toledo. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Orlando Predators in 2001.
Wallace attended South High School in Springfield, Ohio. [1]
Wallace attended the University of Toledo after his graduation from high school. At the time of his graduation, Wallace was the only Rocket to have thrown five touchdowns in a game, achieving the feat twice. His 27 touchdowns in 1997 were a school record for a single season until they were broken by Bruce Gradkowski in 2003. He currently sits at sixth all time in Toledo history for passing yards in a career. [2]

Since commencing his professional career, Wallace has played for a number of indoor football teams. On March 24, 2002, Wallace was placed on injured reserve by the Orlando Predators. [4] He spent eight seasons with the Florida Firecats of the af2 and was that league's all-time leader in passing yardage. [5] In 2011, he was briefly the starting quarterback of the Arena Football League's New Orleans Voodoo, starting two games and winning one; [6] [7] later in the same season he started for the Pittsburgh Power. [8] He joined the Tarpons in 2012 and completed 157 passes on 272 attempts for 2,091 yards and 63 touchdowns, leading the team to a conference title and Ultimate Bowl II. [9] [10] In 2013, Wallace lead the Tarpons to an Ultimate Bowl III victory over the Corpus Christi Fury. In March, 2014, Wallace came back to playing football when he signed with the Marion Blue Racers. [11] Wallace returned to the Tarpons in 2015. [12] He finished off his playing career with the Atlanta Havoc of the American arena league.
In June, 2013, Wallace was named the first head coach of the expansion Columbus Beast of the Xtreme Indoor Football League, [13] but when the Beast owner moved his other franchise (the Marion Blue Racers) to the Continental Indoor Football League, it was announced that Wallace was to be the Head Coach for the Blue Racers. However, Wallace left the Blue Racers to pursue his teaching career. [11]

Raymond 'Ray' Philyaw is a former arena football quarterback who was most recently the offensive coordinator of the Jacksonville Sharks of the Arena Football League (AFL). He also played for the Cleveland Gladiators, Chicago Rush, Kansas City Brigade, Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings and the Albany/Indiana Firebirds, leading the former to the American Conference championship game in 2004 and 2005. Prior to his Arena Football career, he played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the Madison Mad Dogs of the Indoor Football League (IFL). Allen Beverly "Ben" Bennett II is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals and Chicago Bears. He also was a member of the Jacksonville Bulls, Chicago Bruisers, Dallas Texans, Sacramento Surge, San Antonio Riders, Orlando Predators, San Jose SaberCats and Portland Forest Dragons. John Charles Fourcade, Jr. is a former professional American football quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for the New Orleans Saints and recent head coach of the New Mexico Stars of American Indoor Football (AIF). Fourcade was the most valuable player of the 1982 Senior Bowl after passing for 115 yards and running for 33 yards and two touchdowns. The Cincinnati Commandos were a professional indoor football team based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The team suspended operations for the 2013 season, with hope of returning in 2014. They began play in 2010 as an expansion team in the Continental Indoor Football League before moving to the United Indoor Football League in 2012. The Commandos then left the UIFL after winning Ultimate Bowl II and re-joined the CIFL, but never took the field after its announcement. The Commandos were the fifth arena or indoor football in Cincinnati, after the Cincinnati Rockers, Cincinnati Swarm, Cincinnati Marshals, and Cincinnati Jungle Kats. The owners of the Commandos are Dennis Whitman and Paul Napier. The Commandos played their home games at Cincinnati Gardens.

The Marion Blue Racers were a professional indoor football team based in Marion, Ohio. The Blue Racers began play as an expansion team in the Continental Indoor Football League (CIFL) in 2011, before moving to the United Indoor Football League (UIFL) for the 2012 season. The Blue Racers returned to the CIFL in 2013. The team had announced that it would be joining the Xtreme Indoor Football League (XIFL) for the 2014, but later re-signed with the CIFL. During the 2015 season, the Blue Racers played as members of X-League Indoor Football.
