Hidden Treasures is an EP by American heavy metal band Megadeth, released on July 18, 1995, via Capitol Records. The album features songs that originally appeared on film soundtracks and tribute albums. Four of the tracks were released as singles, and three have received Grammy Award nominations for Best Metal Performance. Despite having garnered mediocre or negative reviews, the material on the EP has been credited with helping expand the group's MTV audience in the early 1990s.
Superheist is an Australian metal band, which formed in 1993. They released two EPs, thirteen singles, one compilation/live album and four studio albums, The Prize Recruit (2001) and Identical Remote Controlled Reactions (2002), both albums reached the top 20 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Their comeback album "Ghosts of the Social Dead" (2016) reached No. 3 on the AIR Charts and remained top 10 for 4 weeks.
This Desert Life is the third studio album from Counting Crows. The cover art is by noted comic book artist Dave McKean, best known for his work with Neil Gaiman, and was adapted from the cover art McKean did for Gaiman's picture book The Day I Swapped My Dad for Two Goldfish. Alchemist was an Australian progressive metal band from Canberra whose style combined death metal, progressive rock, psychedelic, Eastern, Aboriginal and electronic influences. The band formed in 1987 and released six studio albums, an EP and a compilation album. Work began on a new EP in 2010 but the band went on an indefinite hiatus and then split up. They are the only group to appear at every Metal for the Brain festival, an event they ran and organised from 1996. Alchemist also played at the Big Day Out and toured Europe several times.

Apocalypse was released as a demo to record companies, radio stations, and magazines in 1994, a year after the creation of the band. The demo was later remastered and re-released as a digital release on 27 April 2018.

It was recorded at Sing Sing Studios in Melbourne by Superheist and producer Kalju Tonuma and released on 15 April 2001. It peaked at No. 12 on the ARIA Albums Chart. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2001, Tonuma was nominated for Producer of the Year and Engineer of the Year for the album.

Identical Remote Controlled Reactions is the second studio album by Australian nu metal group Superheist. It is the only album to feature Joey Biro as lead vocalist. The album proved far stronger than their previous album, The Prize Recruit, in song personality and overall weight in sound. Though not taken as well by critics, it was well received by the fanbase. The album itself seemed far more adventurous in sound, with short instrumental interludes included between songs and far more experimentation with keyboards and bass.
New, Rare, Live is a 2004 compilation album by the Australian band Superheist. It includes the band's final recorded songs with earlier songs and live recordings of the group's final concert at Melbourne in 2003.
Eve of the War is a six-track extended play from the Australian progressive metal band, Alchemist. The EP was released by Shock Records through its subsidiary label Thrust in November 1998. The title track, "Eve of the War" is a cover version of the opening piece from the British 1978 album, Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds. The EP has two live songs: "Yoni Kunda" first released on Lunasphere, and "Chinese Whispers" from Spiritech. The other tracks are a remix of "Yoni Kunda", and two re-mastered tracks from Jar of Kingdom. A music video of the title track was provided.
Frankenbok is an Australian heavy metal band from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The band was founded in 1997 by guitarist Aaron Butler and vocalist Adam 'Hutch' Glynn and have since released three full-length albums and one EP. Frankenbok have toured Australia on numerous occasions, building a strong cult following in their homeland.

Norton co-produced the track with Adam Rhodes at Backbeach Studios in Rye, Victoria. The single reached No. 29 on the ARIA Singles Chart – the group's highest peaking single.
Ghosts of the Social Dead is the third album from Australian nu metal band Superheist, released on 28 October 2016. The album was announced on 26 June 2016 via social media, and a music video was released for the track "Hands Up High" on the band's YouTube channel on 10 August 2016. The second single "Fearing Nothing" was released on 7 October. The third single Wolves in your Headspace and accompanying music video was released on 27 November.
Richard William "DW" Norton, is a Scottish-born Australian entertainer, songwriter, producer, guitarist and founding mainstay of metallers, Superheist. In 1998 he established Faultline Records – he has worked as the label's in house producer and CEO. He lives with his wife and fellow artist, London Gabraelle-Norton.
Sidewinder is the fourth album from Australian nu metal band Superheist, released on 3 May 2019 through Black Mountain Music. The album was announced on 1 April 2019 alongside the release of the first single "The Riot", and a music video for the track was released on the band's YouTube channel the same day. It is the first Superheist release to feature bassist Si Durrant since 2000's 8 Miles High and the first album to feature guitarist Keir Gotcher and former Devil You Know drummer John Sankey. It is the final album to feature vocalist Ezekiel Ox before his departure in July 2020.
