Richard Kenneth Corkill was the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man, December 2001 to December 2004 and an elected member of the House of Keys from 1991 to 2006. He was born in Douglas, Isle of Man. He was elected by Tynwald with 21 votes, defeating Edgar Quine, who received 10 votes.

Fast neutron therapy utilizes high energy neutrons typically between 50 and 70 MeV to treat cancer.
