George Manoli Loupassi is an American politician of the Republican Party. From 2008 to 2018, he was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. He represented the 68th district, comprising parts of the city of Richmond and Chesterfield County.

Formerly located in Southside Virginia, the district was moved to border northeast of Richmond in 2023 as part of a statewide reorganization of the state's legislative districts.
The 2011 Henrico County Commonwealth's Attorney election was held on November 8, 2015, to elect the Commonwealth's Attorney of Henrico County, Virginia, concurrently with elections to the Senate of Virginia and Virginia House of Delegates. Incumbent Republican Commonwealth's Attorney Wade A. Kizer announced that he would be retiring from the position, making it an open contest. Republicans Matthew Geary and Bill Janis and Democrat Shannon Taylor all ran for Attorney, with Taylor beating both in the general election.
The 2025 Virginia gubernatorial election will be held on November 4, 2025. Incumbent Republican governor Glenn Youngkin will be ineligible to run for re-election, as the Constitution of Virginia prohibits the state's governors from serving consecutive terms.
The 2023 Virginia House of Delegates election took place on November 7, 2023, concurrently with elections for the Virginia Senate, to elect members of the 163rd Virginia General Assembly. All 100 delegates were elected to two-year terms from single-member districts. Nomination primaries held through the Department of Elections were held June 20, 2023. Democrats gained 3 seats, winning back control with a 51–49 majority after having previously lost it in 2021.
