Internationally, she won silver in the 4x200 meter freestyle relay as a member of the prelim team and bronze in the 200 meter individual medley at the 2011 FINA Swimming World Cup meet in Moscow, Russia. Flickinger qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 200 meter butterfly. She finished 7th in the finals. For the 2020 Summer Olympics, Flickinger qualified to compete in the 200 meter butterfly and 400 meter individual medley, and won the bronze medal in both events.
Emma McKeon, is an Australian competitive swimmer. With her total career haul of 11 medals, she is Australia's most successful Olympian, including one gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and four golds at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. With four gold and three bronze medals she was the most decorated athlete at the 2020 Summer Olympics, and is tied for the most medals won in a single Olympics by a woman. In addition McKeon has won four gold, at the World Aquatics Championships; and twelve medals, including eight gold, at the 2014 Glasgow and 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Regan Smith is an American competitive swimmer. She is the current long course world record holder in the women's 200-meter backstroke and a former world record holder in the 100-meter backstroke. Smith competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in three events representing the United States, winning a bronze medal in the 100-meter backstroke, a silver medal in the 200-meter butterfly, and a silver medal in the 4×100-meter medley relay.
