Clearfield County is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 80,562. The county seat is Clearfield, and the largest city is DuBois. The county was created in 1804 and later organized in 1822.

Woodland Hills Junior / Senior High School is a large, suburban public high school providing grades 9–12 for the Woodland Hills School District located in Churchill, Pennsylvania, United States. It serves the communities of Braddock, Braddock Hills, Chalfant, Churchill, East Pittsburgh, Edgewood, Forest Hills, North Braddock, Rankin, Swissvale, Turtle Creek and Wilkins Township. The high school serves students from most of north-western Clearfield County, and in Jefferson County, it covers the Boroughs of Falls Creek, Reynoldsville, Sykesville, and Winslow Township. The school is part of the DuBois Area School District. In the 2018–2019 school year, DuBois Area Senior High School had 1,009 students enrolled in grades 9–12. Dubois Area Senior High School is also infamously associated to nationally prominent and recognized alumnus Benjamin Wolfgang, and Sage Wolfgang.

The high school serves students from most of north eastern Clearfield County, and West Keating Township in Clinton County. The school is part of the West Branch Area School District. The current school building was completed in 1964. An addition to the High School building was finished in 2005.

The Ferndale Area Junior-Senior High School is a public high school, located at 600 Harlan Avenue, Ferndale, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. The Mountain Athletic Conference (MAC or simply Mountain Conference) is a high school athletic conference with the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) located in the state of Pennsylvania. The conference is located primarily in the central region of the state. Most of the conferences 9 member schools are located in District 6 of the PIAA, except for Clearfield Area Junior/Senior High School which is a member of District 9, but competes in District 6 athletic competitions. The MAC consists of the Pennsylvania counties of Bedford, Blair, Centre, Clearfield and Huntingdon.
