Clifton House is a Grade I listed building on Queen Street, King's Lynn, in Norfolk, England. [1] A house has stood on the site since the 13th century. The current facade was constructed in 1708. The doorcase has Solomonic columns with modified Corinthian capitals. There is a mid 14th-century, four-bay undercroft beneath the street.
At the west end of the property is a late 16th-century look-out tower. It was built of brick and is of five storeys, with a six-storey polygonal staircase tower. On each floor is one room.

Appleby Castle is in the town of Appleby-in-Westmorland overlooking the River Eden. It consists of a 12th-century castle keep which is known as Caesar's Tower, and a mansion house. These, together with their associated buildings, are set in a courtyard surrounded by curtain walls. Caesar's Tower and the mansion house are each recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building. The uninhabited parts of the castle are a scheduled ancient monument.
Cholmondeley Castle is a country house in the civil parish of Cholmondeley, Cheshire, England. Together with its adjacent formal gardens, it is surrounded by parkland. The site of the house has been a seat of the Cholmondeley family since the 12th century. The present house replaced a timber-framed hall nearby. It was built at the start of the 19th century for George Cholmondeley, 1st Marquess of Cholmondeley, who designed most of it himself in the form of a crenellated castle. After the death of the Marquess, the house was extended to designs by Robert Smirke to produce the building in its present form. The house is designated by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building.

West Acre Priory of St. Mary and All Saints was a medieval monastic house at West Acre in the King's Lynn and West Norfolk district of Norfolk, England founded c.1100 by the de Toni family. Later an Augustinian fraternity, it was closed down in 1538 as part of the Dissolution of the Monasteries under King Henry VIII. It is now a ruin with no intention of being repaired.
Greyfriars, King's Lynn was a Franciscan friary in Norfolk, England. The tower, known as Greyfriars Tower survives. It is one of only three surviving Franciscan monastery towers in England and is considered to be the finest. It is a Grade I listed building.

Montpelier is an inner suburban area of Brighton, part of the English city and seaside resort of Brighton and Hove. The building dates from the 12th to 15th centuries, with major restoration of the nave in the 18th century. Five of its ten bells and its organ also date back to the mid-18th century.

The building, within a moat, consists of a 15th-century gatehouse and a house of the late 19th and early 20th century.
