Cold Water is an upcoming British television series for ITV starring Andrew Lincoln, Ewen Bremner, Indira Varma and Eve Myles.
An unhappy middle-aged man who has moved to an isolated Scottish village strikes up a friendship with his oddball next door neighbour despite his wife's protestations and suspicions. [1]
The six-part series is written by David Ireland, and produced by Sister for ITV . The series is executive produced by Chris Fry, Alice Tyler, Lydia Hampson and Jane Featherstone. The series is produced by Ireland, Brian Coffey and Andrew Lincoln, who also stars. [2] The lead cast also includes Eve Myles, Ewen Bremner and Indira Varma. [3]
Filming began in the UK in July 2024. [4] Filming locations include Dennistoun in Scotland. [5] It was also filmed in the semi rural town of Strathaven and the village of Dunlop.
