Scopus is Elsevier's abstract and citation database launched in 2004. Scopus covers nearly 36,377 titles from approximately 11,678 publishers, of which 34,346 are peer-reviewed journals in top-level subject fields: life sciences, social sciences, physical sciences and health sciences. It covers three types of sources: book series, journals, and trade journals. All journals covered in the Scopus database are reviewed for sufficiently high quality each year according to four types of numerical quality measure for each title; those are h-Index, CiteScore, SJR and SNIP. Searches in Scopus also incorporate searches of patent database Lexis-Nexis, albeit with a limited functionality.

<i>International Journal of Surgery</i> Academic journal

The International Journal of Surgery (IJS), formerly known as The Journal of Surgery, is a peer-reviewed medical journal of surgery established in 2003. The journal has been published by Elsevier since 2005. The journal is affiliated with the Association of Surgeons in Training, the New York Surgical Society and with the Chinese chapter of the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association. The journal is published monthly, and articles become open-access after an embargo period of 12 months.

Journal of Labor and Society, formerly Working USA: The Journal of Labor and Society, is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal published by Brill covering the political economy of labour, labor movements, and class relations throughout the world. The journal is published in print and online. It focuses on the current context and shape of capitalist social relations, business and corporations, labor relations, the working class and the labor unions in the Global South. The journal encourages submissions on the political economy of imperialism, global inequality and poverty, labor and the right wing, and political movements. The journal was established in 1997 and published by Wiley Periodicals through December 2020. In January 2021, Journal of Labor and Society begins publishing with Brill. The editor is Immanuel Ness. The title reflects the journal's commitment to publishing peer-reviewed scientific research into the social, political, economic, and cultural conditions faced by workers worldwide. Its editorial office is located within the Graduate Center for Worker Education at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. It is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics.

<i>Nova Religio</i> Academic journal

Nova Religio: The Journal of Alternative and Emergent Religions is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal covering religious studies, focusing on the academic study of new religious movements. It was established in 1997 by Seven Bridges Press, initially published semi-annually, changing to tri-annually in 2003, and then quarterly in 2005. In 2002, it became published by the University of California Press.

<i>The Journal of Slavic Military Studies</i> Academic journal

The Journal of Slavic Military Studies is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes articles relating to military affairs of Central and Eastern European Slavic nations, including their history and geopolitics, as well as book reviews. It is published by Routledge and the editor-in-chief is Martijn Lak. It was established in 1988 by David Glantz as The Journal of Soviet Military Studies, obtaining its current title in 1993.
