Community High School District 117 is a 9-12 high school district based in Lake Villa, Lake County, Illinois that serves both the city where it is based and the village of Antioch, Illinois, alongside Old Mill Creek and Lindenhurst. [1] District 117 is composed of two high schools: Antioch Community High School, which is located in the city of its namesake; and Lakes Community High School, which is, in turn, located in Lake Villa. The district superintendent is Dr. Jeff Feucht. [2] [3] Jori Bowen oversees Lakes as principal, [4] Eric Hamilton serves as the principal of Antioch. [5]

Both Lakes and Antioch sport a band department and choral department; [6] as well as color guards, various teams, clubs, and honor societies.

Bond County Community Unit School District 2 is a unified school district based in Greenville, a city located in central Bond County, Illinois that serves as its county seat. Grass Lake School District 36 is a K-8 school district located in the southern reaches of the village of Antioch, which is in turn located in Lake County, the northeasternmost county in the state of Illinois. The superintendent of the school district is Dr. Terence O'Brien; because Grass Lake School District 36 only has one school. Donna Shupe serves as the principal of his district's only school. That school, which, as stated previously, is the only one that exists in District 36, is called Grass Lake School; it serves kindergarteners to eighth graders. The mascot is the brave, a historical nickname for the Native American.

North Boone Community Unit School District 200 is a unified school district based in the central region of the county of its namesake, Boone County; more specifically, in the village of Poplar Grove, Illinois. Five of the six schools in the district are located here, with the other being eastwards in the village of Capron.

Diamond Lake School District 76 is a PK-8 school district centered on the village of Mundelein, Illinois, which is located in central Lake County. The district mainly feeds into Mundelein High School in Mundelein, Illinois with some students feeding into Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois after the eighth grade. The Mundelein district is composed of three schools: two elementary schools and one middle school. The first elementary school, Fairhaven School, educates those in the first grade and kindergarten and also upholds a prekindergarten program; the principal of the school is Michele Allen. Palos Heights School District 128 is a PK-8 Cook County, Illinois school district located in the southern village of Palos Heights; the district serves Palos Heights Proper and the majority of its neighboring unincorporated areas. All in all, the district is composed of four schools: Indian Hill Preschool, of which educates the prekindergarteners of the district, serves roughly 7% of the district students; Cathy Leslie serves as the director of the prekindergarten program at the facility. Chippewa Elementary School, the most populous of the schools as of May 2008, educates District 128 students in grades one through three, and also runs a kindergarten program; it is under the direction of Mary Ann Redshaw. Those in grades four through five attend Navajo Heights Elementary School, which bridges the gap between the elementary schools and the grades 6–8 Independence Junior High School; the principal of Navajo Heights Elementary School is Sharon Herman, while the principal of Independence Junior High School is Dr. Kevin Kirk. The district superintendent is Dr. Kathleen Casey, and the mascot of Independence Junior High School is the patriot.

Palatine High School, or PHS, is a public four-year high school in Township High School District 211. Located at 1111 N. Rohlwing Road in Palatine, Illinois, United States, a northwest suburb of Chicago, it serves primarily all of and only those areas of Palatine northeast of the UP NW tracks, but also serves small portions of Arlington Heights and Barrington. In addition, PHS is a magnet school for the entire district's special education program. Feeder schools include Winston Campus Junior High and Sundling Junior High.
