The N.F.-Board is a federation for football associations established on 12 December 2003. At the beginning, NFB was made up of teams that represent nations, dependencies, unrecognized states, minorities, stateless peoples, regions and micronations not affiliated to FIFA.
The national football team of the Two Sicilies is the football team of the Two Sicilies, which are a territory formed by the southern part of Italy without the Island of Sicily although the name suggests otherwise. The team is controlled by the Regno delle Due Sicilie FA. As the Two Sicilies are not a recognised state they are neither a member of FIFA nor UEFA, and the team therefore is not eligible to enter either the World Cup or European Championship. However, from January 2010, they became a provisional member of the NF-Board. Now the team is a member of ConIFA.
The West Papua football team is a team from the Indonesian western half of the island of Western New Guinea. It is a member of ConIFA, having previously been a member of the NF-Board. On June 23, 2005, the West Papua national football team played in the 2005 UNPO Cup in The Hague. They played only one match against South Moluccas. They drew (1–1), and South Moluccas won on penalties. West Papuans were listed to take part in the 2006 VIVA World Cup but then withdrew.
The Tamil Eelam National Football Team a representative football team for Tamil Eelam. The team, which consists of professional and semi-professional drawn from the Sri Lankan Tamil diaspora community in Canada and Europe, was established in 2012 by the Tamileelam Football Association (TEFA). TEFA is affiliated to the Confederation of Independent Football Associations, an umbrella association for entities unaffiliated with FIFA therefore cannot compete for the FIFA World Cup and the AFC Asian Cup since they are not affiliated with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). As of March 2020, the team was ranked 16th in the CONIFA World ranking.
The Artsakh national football team, until 2017 known as Nagorno-Karabakh national football team, is the national representative of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), which is internationally unrecognized. Consequently, it is not a member of FIFA or UEFA and is therefore not eligible to enter the World Cup or the European Championship.

This tournament is the successor of the Viva World Cup which was held from 2006 to 2012.
The CONIFA European Football Cup is an international football tournament organized by CONIFA, an umbrella association for states, minorities, stateless peoples and regions unaffiliated with FIFA, planned to be held every two years beginning with 2015. The 2017 edition was in Northern Cyprus.
The Kárpátalja football team is a team representing the Hungarian minority in Carpathian Ruthenia, a historic region mostly located in western Ukraine's Zakarpattia Oblast. It is a member of ConIFA, an umbrella association for states, minorities, stateless peoples and regions unaffiliated with FIFA.

The Matabeleland football team is the team representing Matabeleland, the western part of Zimbabwe. They are not affiliated with FIFA or CAF, and therefore cannot compete for the FIFA World Cup or the Africa Cup of Nations. The team is affiliated to the Confederation of Independent Football Associations (ConIFA).
The Parishes of Jersey football team is a representative team of Jersey in international football. As opposed to the Jersey official football team, which is administered by the Jersey Football Association and is seen as part of the English FA, the Parishes of Jersey team is independent and operates as a member of the WUFA. As it is not a member of UEFA or FIFA, it cannot compete in the FIFA World Cup or UEFA European Championship. Parishes of Jersey were members of CONIFA between 2018 and 2021 and had qualified for the 2020 CONIFA World Football Cup before the tournament was cancelled due to COVID-19.
The Transnistria national football team is the national team of Transnistria, a de facto unrecognized state in Eastern Europe. They are not affiliated with FIFA or UEFA and therefore cannot compete for the FIFA World Cup or the UEFA European Championship. Transnistria became a member of CONIFA, an umbrella association for national teams not affiliated with FIFA, in 2015, but has since left the organization.
The Australian First Nations Mariya, also known as Mariya, are an international association football team that represents the first nations peoples of Australia. They were members of CONIFA from 2018 but left at an unspecified point.
The World Unity Football Alliance (WUFA) is an international governing body for association football teams that are not affiliated with FIFA, similar to but smaller than the older Confederation of Independent Football Associations. WUFA was founded in 2020 to oversee international competition among the non-FIFA affiliated associations in the world, the alliance of football associations does not have a centralised management structure.

The Sicily national football team is the representative football team of the island of Sicily. It is controlled by the Sicilia Football Association and is also colloquially referred to with the name Naziunali Siciliana. The Sicilia F.A. was founded in 2020.
Yorùbá Football Federation was founded as a football organization for the Yoruba people internationally. The organization was admitted into second world organization organizing a football cup aside from FIFA, the CONIFA Confederation of independent football association in October, 2020. The Yoruba Football Federation is not a member of FIFA, CAF or WAFU therefore it can't play any games organised by these organizations.

The Yoruba Football Federation, is the governing body of football in Yorubaland. The association was established in 2020. The current Chairman and General Secretary is S Salako and S. Enikanoniaye respectively. It supervises the Yoruba national football team.
