Confederation of Hospitality, Technology and Tourism Industry (CHATT) is a travel and hospitality association formed to promote domestic tourism, guide and train small business owners and share resources, and bring digital transformation in the sector. [1] [2]

It was launched in June 2021 by Union Minister Prahlad Singh Patel, the Minister for Tourism and Culture, Government of India. [3]

CHATT founder members are Airbnb, EaseMyTrip, MakeMyTrip, Oyo Rooms and Yatra. It is represented by Amanpreet Bajaj, the general manager of Airbnb (India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan); Ritesh Agarwal, Founder & Group CEO of Oyo Rooms (India and Southeast Asia); Dhruv Shringi, the co-founder of Yatra; Rajesh Magow, the co-founder & group chief executive officer of MakeMyTrip and Nishant Pitti, the co-founder of EaseMyTrip. Virbhadra Singh was an Indian politician who served 6 terms and 21 years as the 4th Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. A leader of the Indian National Congress party, he was elected 9 times as a Member of Legislative Assembly to the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha and 5 times as Member of Parliament to the Lok Sabha. Virbhadra Singh was popularly known by the honorific Raja Sahib. Singh holds the distinction of being the longest serving Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, holding the office from 1983 to 1990, from 1993 to 1998, from 2003 to 2007 and finally from 2012 to 2017, when he was succeeded by the BJP's Jai Ram Thakur. He was elected to the Lok Sabha in 1962, 1967, 1971, 1980 and 2009. Singh served as a Union Minister in the governments of Indira Gandhi and Manmohan Singh. At the time of his demise, he was serving as an MLA from Arki constituency.

Sudini Jaipal Reddy was an Indian politician who was the Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha of India for five terms. He represented the Chevella constituency of Telangana and was a member of the Indian National Congress. He served as a Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting in the I. K. Gujral cabinet in 1998. In 1999 he returned to Indian National Congress after 21 years. In 2004 he was re-elected to 14th Lok Sabha from Miryalaguda Lok Sabha Constituency and then he served as a Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Union Minister for Urban Development in the United Progressive Alliance-1.
