Community Consolidated School District 158 is a school district in Illinois. The district serves some nearly 9,500 students living in Huntley as well as western portions of Lake in the Hills and Algonquin and surrounding areas. The district employs over 1,400 staff members. The school district, which is one of the fastest growing in the state of Illinois, has grappled with skyrocketing enrollment and the subsequent problems associated with it for nearly a decade. The school district has transformed itself from a one elementary/one high school district as recently as 1996 to a district that as of 2006 boasts 5 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, and 1 high school on three campuses district-wide.

In 2016, All students were given Chromebooks, getting upgrades and new chromebooks either when they break, or if they are advancing to the 1st, 3rd, 6th or 9th grades.

Henry Marlowe Middle School was opened in 2005. Its school mascot is the Mustang, and the school colors are black, white, and silver.

Square Barn Road Campus in Algonquin

Bernice Heineman Middle School was opened in 2005 after Huntley Middle School closed. Its mascot is the Hawk, and the school colors are silver and blue.
The school mascot is a coyote.

Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96 is a K-8 school district centered in the Lake County village of Long Grove, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. This district is composed of seven schools in total, or one kindergarten center, four elementary schools, and two middle schools; any students attending District 96 will ultimately attend Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This district's kindergarten center is known as Willow Grove Early Learning Center which, as its name suggests, serves kindergarteners and early childhood students. Ivy Hall Elementary School educates those in and within grades one and five; Prairie Elementary School and Country Meadows Elementary School do exactly the same. AlWood High School, or AHS, is a public four-year high school located at 301 E. Fifth Avenue in Woodhull, Illinois, a village in Clover Township of Henry County, Illinois, in the Midwestern United States. The name AlWood comes from the combination of Alpha and Woodhull, two villages in southwestern Henry County which each had their own high schools until a consolidation in 1948. AHS is part of AlWood Community Unit School District 225, which also includes AlWood Middle School, and AlWood Elementary School. The school is combined with the Alwood Middle School to form Alwood Middle-High School. This is the result of an addition to the high school building and demolition of the former middle school building in 2001. However, academics, athletics, and activities remain mostly separate. The campus is 25 miles southeast of Moline, Illinois and 20 miles north of Galesburg, Illinois. It serves a mixed village and rural residential community. The school is the only high school in the village of Woodhull. The school is near the Quad Cities and is part of the Davenport-Moline-Rock Island, IA-IL metropolitan statistical area.

The Mehlville School District, officially the Mehlville R-9 School District or Mehlville R-IX School District, is a public school district based in south St. Louis County, Missouri. It serves the unincorporated, census-designated communities of Mehlville, Oakville, Concord, and Lemay. Its offices are presently located on Mehlville High School's campus, with plans to eventually move into a vacant office building just north of the campus.
