Constanze Paulinus (born 9 July 1985 in Berlin) is a German former competitive figure skater. She won five senior international medals, including gold at the 2008 Cup of Nice, and three German national medals.
Constanze Paulinus was born in Berlin, Germany. In mid-1993, following her parents' divorce, she moved with her mother and sister to North East England. [1] She returned to Germany in August 2002, settling in Erfurt. [1]
Paulinus began skating at age five and trained in Berlin until she was eight. After moving to the U.K., she was coached by Catherine Barker in Billingham, by Debbie and Simon Briggs in Sunderland and Dundee, and by Joy Sutcliff in Ayr and Nottingham. [1] At the British Championships, Paulinus won silver on the novice level in the 2000–01 season and junior gold the following season. The National Ice Skating Association decided not to send her to the 2002 World Junior Championships, believing she was not ready. [1]
In August 2002, Paulinus' parents sent her to Erfurt, Germany to train under Ilona Schindler. [1] She began representing her birth country internationally after sitting out the mandatory two years. [1] She received two ISU Junior Grand Prix assignments in 2004, finishing fourth in Germany and eighth in Serbia. She also competed on the senior level, winning the silver medal at the 2004 Bofrost Cup on Ice.
In the 2005–06 season, Paulinus was invited to a senior Grand Prix event, the 2005 Skate America, where she finished seventh. She switched coaches in May 2007, joining Karin Hendschke-Raddatz in Berlin. [1] In 2008–09, she won three international medals — gold at the Cup of Nice, bronze at the NRW Trophy, and bronze at the Challenge Cup — and silver at the German Championships.
Paulinus did not compete in the 2009–10 season due to foot surgery in November and hip surgery in December 2009. [1] She retired from competition after placing fifth at the 2011 German Championships.

Miki Ando is a retired Japanese figure skater. She is the 2007 and 2011 World champion, 2011 Four Continents champion, 2004 World Junior champion, and a three-time Japanese national champion.
Kiira Linda Katriina Korpi is a Finnish figure skater. She is a three-time European medalist, the 2010 Trophée Eric Bompard champion, the 2012 Rostelecom Cup champion, a two-time Cup of China medalist, and a five-time Finnish national champion. She retired from competitive skating in August 2015.
Pernelle Carron is a French former competitive ice dancer. With partner Lloyd Jones, she is the 2013 Winter Universiade champion, 2010 Cup of Nice champion, three-time NRW Trophy champion, and 2010 French national champion. She won bronze at two Grand Prix events, 2011 Cup of China and 2007 Skate Canada International, and competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
Grethe Grünberg is an Estonian former ice dancer. With partner Kristjan Rand, she is the 2007 World Junior silver medalist and the 2005–2007 Estonian national champion.
Alena Igorevna Leonova is a retired Russian figure skater. She is the 2012 World silver medalist, the 2011 Grand Prix Final bronze medalist, the 2009 World Junior champion, and a three-time (2010–2012) Russian national medalist. She is also the 2014–15 ISU Challenger Series runner-up.
Angela Yuka Maxwell is an American former competitive figure skater. She won five medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series and the junior silver medal at the 2008 U.S. Championships.
Maia Harumi Shibutani is an American ice dancer. Partnered with her brother Alex Shibutani, she is a two time 2018 Olympic bronze medalist, a three-time World medalist, the 2016 Four Continents champion, and a two-time U.S. national champion. The siblings have won six titles on the Grand Prix series and stood on the podium at 14 consecutive U.S. Championships, at five levels including eight as seniors. They are two-time members of the US Olympic team, competing at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics. In 2018, the siblings became the first ice dancers who are both of Asian descent to medal at the Olympics. They are the second sibling duo to ever share an ice dancing Olympic medal, and the first from the United States. The Shibutani siblings are often referred to by their nickname the Shib Sibs.
Yu Xiaoyu is a former Chinese pair skater. With partner Zhang Hao, she is the 2016–17 Grand Prix Final silver medalist, 2017 Asian Winter Games champion and 2018 Chinese national champion. She was born in Beijing.
Nathalie Weinzierl is a German figure skater. She is a two-time German national champion and has won eleven senior international medals, including gold at the Bavarian Open, Dragon Trophy, and Egna Trophy, and Merano Cup. She has placed as high as 7th at the European Championships and competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
Isabelle Olsson is a Swedish former figure skater. She is a two-time medalist on the ISU Challenger Series – having won silver at the 2014 Ice Challenge and gold at the 2015 Denkova-Staviski Cup – and a four-time Swedish national medalist. She has won twelve other senior international medals and reached the free skate at three ISU Championships.

Lutricia Bock is a German figure skater. She is the 2014 CS Volvo Open Cup silver medalist and the 2016 German national champion.
Pavel Igorevich Drozd is a Russian ice dancer who currently competes with Elizaveta Shanaeva. With his former skating partner, Alla Loboda, he is a two-time World Junior medalist, a three-time JGP Final silver medalist, and the 2016 Russian junior national champion. With his former skating partner, Ksenia Konkina, he is the 2019 CS Asian Open Trophy and 2019 CS Warsaw Cup silver medalist.
Kailani Craine is an Australian former figure skater. She is the 2017 CS Nebelhorn Trophy champion, the 2016 CS Warsaw Cup silver medalist, the 2015 Toruń Cup silver medalist, and a six-time Australian national champion (2014–2019). She represented Australia at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics, finishing 17th and 29th, respectively.

Annika Maria Hocke is a German pair skater. With her skating partner, Robert Kunkel, she is the 2023 European bronze medalist, the 2023 Skate America champion, 2022 Grand Prix de France bronze medalist, and has won five medals on the ISU Challenger Series, including gold at the 2022 CS Finlandia Trophy. They won two bronze medals on the 2019–20 ISU Junior Grand Prix series. Domestically they are the 2023 German national champions.
Matilda Algotsson is a Swedish figure skater. She is the 2017 CS Nebelhorn Trophy silver medalist, the 2015 Volvo Open Cup champion, and the 2019 Swedish national champion. She placed 13th at the 2016 and 2017 European Championships.
Katharina Müller is a retired German competitive ice dancer. With her skating partner Tim Dieck, she is a two-time German national champion and has won many senior international medals, including two silver medals on the ISU Challenger Series and three gold medals at the German NRW Trophy. They have represented Germany at the European and World championships.
