The Corvallis School District (509J) is a school district serving an area of about 190 square miles including the city of Corvallis, Oregon, and Adair Village along with large portions of unincorporated Benton County. [1] As of 2016, the district had about 6,600 students at two high schools, two middle schools, eight elementary schools, one charter school, and one alternative school. [2] The two high schools in the district are Corvallis High School and Crescent Valley High School.
In 1850 the first school was established in Marysville (renamed Corvallis in 1853). [3] Teacher of the school was A.G. Hovey. [3]
In the 2009 school year, the district had 268 students classified as homeless by the Department of Education, or 4.0% of students in the district. [4]

The Beaverton School District is a school district in and around Beaverton, Oregon, United States. It serves students throughout Beaverton, Hillsboro, Aloha, and unincorporated neighborhoods of Portland, OR. The Beaverton Elementary School District 48 was established in 1876, with other elementary districts later merged into the district. The elementary district was later merged with the high school district (10J) to create a unified school district. Riley is an unincorporated community in Harney County, Oregon, United States, located at the crossroads of U.S. Highway 395 and U.S. Highway 20, milepost 104, about 28 miles (45 km) west of Burns, the seat of Harney County. The elevation of Riley is 4,226 feet (1,288 m). The town presently consists entirely of two service establishments with attached apartments: a post office, and a general store with gas pump and garage service. It exists to serve the rural farming and ranching community that surrounds it, and highway travelers.

Agness is an unincorporated community in Curry County, Oregon, United States. It is near the confluence of two Wild and Scenic rivers—the Lower Rogue and the Illinois. Agness post office was established October 16, 1897. It was named after Agnes, the daughter of the first postmaster, and subsequently misspelled. The Agness area is popular for fishing and hiking. Agness is in the Rogue River–Siskiyou National Forest and was threatened by the Biscuit Fire in 2002.

Triangle Lake School is a K-12 public school in Blachly, Oregon, United States. It is the only school in the Blachly School District. In 2006 the school earned an "exceptional" rating from the Oregon Department of Education at all levels: elementary, middle school and high school. In April 2010, the Triangle Lake School Board of Directors voted to accept the proposal of the Triangle Lake Charter School Committee to make the school a charter school. From the 2010-11 school year, it has been Triangle Lake Charter School. The school has 14 students to every teacher, five students fewer than the state average.
