Country Jam is an annual music festival in the Western Slope of Colorado, United States, which started in 1992. It is the largest country music and camping festival in the state. [1]

Country Jam is a four-day "rain or shine" event. The festival is held at the Country Jam Ranch, a 240-acre (0.97 km2) ranch and music festival concert venue located in Loma, Colorado, near the towns of Mack and Grand Junction the Grand Valley (Colorado-Utah). [2] [3] Many attendees stay in the festival's campground area.

The festival is estimated to have an $11 million annual impact on the local economy, according to a study by Colorado Mesa University [4]

Country Jam previous lineups have included some of the biggest names in country music. [5] [6] [7] [8]

In the 2017 festival, Old Dominion debuted three new songs, reported Taste of Country, which also said few artists "do a sing-along like Old Dominion. "Said Nobody," "Beer Can in a Truck Bed" and their version of Sam Hunt's "Make You Miss Me" (co-written by Ramsey) filled the Grand Valley as the sun went from yellow to a deep orange." [9]

The 2019 festival featured Alabama and others. [10]

Originally home to the Ute people, white farmers settled the town after founder William Pabor in 1884. Ten years later, Fruita was incorporated.

The Grand Mesa is a large mesa in western Colorado in the United States. It is the largest flat-topped mountain in the world. It has an area of about 500 square miles (1,300 km2) and stretches for about 40 miles (60 km) east of Grand Junction between the Colorado River and the Gunnison River, its tributary to the south. The north side of the mesa is drained largely by Plateau Creek, a smaller tributary of the Colorado. The west side is drained largely by Kannah Creek, which is received to the west by the lower Gunnison River. The mesa rises about 6,000 feet (1,800 m) above the surrounding river valleys, including the Grand Valley to the west, reaching an elevation of about 11,000 feet (3,400 m). Much of the mesa is within Grand Mesa National Forest. Over 300 lakes, including many reservoirs created and used for drinking and irrigation water, are scattered along the top of the formation. The Grand Mesa is flat in some areas, but quite rugged in others.

The Country Stampede Music Festival is an outdoor country music and camping festival held at Heartland Motorsports Park, south of Topeka, Kansas. The festival has been held annually since 1996, historically on the last weekend in June.

The Comstock Music Festivals are held on the 2nd Wind Ranch, north of the small community of Comstock, Nebraska. The annual music festivals, include Comstock Rock, Comstock Windmill Festival (Country), and Godstock (Christian). These are Nebraska's largest music festivals, with Comstock Rock ranking among the largest in the United States, attracting over 50,000 attendees through the 4 days in mid July. During the festivals, 2nd Wind Ranch is the host to music goers from all over the country.

KLFV is a radio station in Grand Junction, Colorado. The station broadcasts a contemporary Christian format from the K-Love radio network; the station and network are owned by the Educational Media Foundation.

The Grand Valley AVA is an American Viticultural Area located in Mesa County, Colorado, primarily in Grand Junction and Palisade. It is located roughly 200 miles (320 km) southwest of Denver. The high-desert AVA - with an average elevation of between 4,000 and 5,000 feet above sea level - is defined by the irrigated agricultural area served via canals within the Grand Valley of the Colorado River. The AVA was established in 1991 as the first of two Colorado wine regions. The West Elks AVA is the second federally designated AVA in Colorado.

Country Jam USA is a 3-day annual country music festival held in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The first festival was held in 1990, making Country Jam USA one of the longest-running festivals in the country.

Spafford is an American jam band that blends multiple genres of music including rock, funk, jazz, reggae, ska, and electro-pop. Members Brian Moss (guitar/vocals) and Jordan Fairless (bass/vocals) formed Spafford in Prescott, Arizona on New Year's Eve in 2009. Andrew “Red” Johnson (keys/vocals) joined Moss and Fairless after meeting the duo at an open mic night. After Aronsohn's retirement from The Big Bang Theory, Aronsohn decided to make the documentary about the band and try to get them to reunite to play one more show.

Girl: The World Tour was the second concert tour by American singer Maren Morris in support of her second major label studio album, Girl (2019). The tour began on March 9, 2019, at Riviera Theatre in Chicago and concluded on November 16, 2019, at The Armory in Minneapolis.
