Craig Fitzgerald is a former American football player and current coach. He is the current head strength and conditioning coach for the Boston College football team of the NCAA.
Fitzgerald was a walk on tight end for the Terrapins and was in the team for five seasons. [1] He graduated in 1996 with a degree in Government and Politics History.
After graduating Maryland, Fitzgerald was named the tight ends coach and special teams coordinator at Catholic University. It was at Catholic University where Craig first popularized the popular weight training saying "Get after it!", which was co-opted by Chris Cuomo amongst others, [2] and other motivational sayings that are the hallmark of his career. After a season as a graduate assistant at Arizona State, Fitzgerald returned to his alma mater where he worked as the assistant director of strength and conditioning from 2000 to 2005. He then went to Harvard and worked as the director of strength and conditioning from 2005 to 2009. [3] Between 2009 and 2011, Fitzgerald worked under Steve Spurrier at South Carolina [4] as the director of strength and conditioning.
In 2012 and 2013 Fitzgerald was the director of strength and conditioning at Penn State. [5]
Fitzgerald followed Bill O’Brien to the NFL and was the head strength and conditioning coach for the Houston Texans from 2014 to 2017. [6]
Fitzgerald returned to college in 2018 [7] joining Jeremy Pruitt’s staff in Tennessee. [8] He would only stay there until the end of the 2019 season.
In May of 2020, [9] Fitzgerald was named the head strength and conditioning coach for the New York Giants. [10] He was retained by Brian Daboll for the 2022 season.
On December 30, 2023, Fitzgerald went to Florida as the team’s director of sports performance. [11]
On February 11, 2024, Fitzgerald was hired by Boston College as the team's director of sports performance. [12]
James Donald Haslett is an American football coach and former linebacker who was most recently the head coach of the Seattle Sea Dragons of the XFL. He played college football for the IUP Crimson Hawks before being drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the second round of the 1979 NFL Draft; he went on to be named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.
Christopher Jon Weinke is an American football coach and former football and baseball player. After spending six years in the Toronto Blue Jays minor league baseball system, he enrolled at Florida State University at the age of 25, and played college football as a quarterback for the Florida State Seminoles. Lane Monte Kiffin is an American football coach who is the head coach of the Ole Miss Rebels. Kiffin was the offensive coordinator for the USC Trojans football team from 2005 to 2006, head coach of the National Football League's Oakland Raiders from 2007 to 2008, head coach of the University of Tennessee Volunteers college football team in 2009, and head coach of the Trojans from 2010 to 2013. Kiffin was the offensive coordinator at the University of Alabama from 2014 until 2016, when he was hired to be the head coach at Florida Atlantic, a position he held until December 2019, when he became the head coach at Ole Miss.

He previously served as an assistant coach at the University of Tennessee, University of Southern California, University of Kentucky, University of New Mexico, North Atlanta HS, North Cobb HS and Morehouse College.
Derek Dooley is an American football coach and former player who is a senior offensive analyst for the Alabama Crimson Tide. He served as the head football coach at Louisiana Tech University from 2007 to 2009 and the University of Tennessee from 2010 to 2012.
Stephen Christopher Spagnuolo is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He rejoined Andy Reid in 2019 after being a defensive assistant with him from 1999 to 2006 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He has coached four top-ten defenses as a defensive coordinator in terms of yardage. He has won four Super Bowls as defensive coordinator, one with the New York Giants and three with the Kansas City Chiefs, making him the only coordinator in NFL history to win a Super Bowl with two different franchises. Some historic defenses that Spagnuolo has coached throughout his career include the 2007 New York Giants defense and the 2023 Kansas City Chiefs defense.

Dave DeGuglielmo is an American football coach for the Birmingham Stallions of the United Football League (UFL). He was most recently the offensive line coach for the Boston College Eagles. He has previously been offensive line coach for the NFL's New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts, and New York Giants. DeGuglielmo was part of two Super Bowl-winning teams in his coaching career; the 2007 New York Giants and 2014 New England Patriots.
