The Cultural Commission is one of the Expert commissions of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran.

Pursuant to Article 56 of the Law on Internal Regulations of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament of the Islamic Republic of Iran ), the Cultural Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly is formed to perform its assigned duties in the fields of culture and art, guidance and propaganda, radio and television and mass communication, physical education and youth, women and family in accordance with the provisions of the regulation. Order of Service is an Iranian state general order. For the first time, it was established and awarded during the Pahlavi dynasty and during the reign of Reza Shah. After Iranian Revolution it was re-established by "Council of Iran Ministers" in November 21, 1990. The order has three classes. According to Article 12 of the Regulations on the Awarding of Government Orders of Iran, the Order of Service awarded by President of Iran to recognize "achieving distinguished success" in one of the following:

Order of Culture and Art is an Iranian state general order established by "Council of Iran Ministers" on November 21, 1990 and modified on June 27, 2007. The order has three classes and awarded by President of Iran. According to Article 17 of the Regulations on the Awarding of Government Orders of Iran, the Order of Culture and Art is awarded to those who "facilitate theirs thinking, passions and emotions to express deep Islamic and humanitarian concepts and to spread culture" in one of the following ways:

  1. Disseminating rich Islamic culture and eliminating society from foreign decadent culture
  2. Expanding the theoretical and disciplinary foundations of religious education
  3. Expanding national culture and revitalizing valuable social traditions
  4. Expressing creativity and presenting exquisite works of art or literature
  5. Pay particular attention to the country's cultural, artistic or literary heritage, so as to be effective in its restoration, preservation and utilization
  6. Introducing, describing, explaining, critiquing and presenting one of the artistic or literary disciplines internationally
  7. Inventing a new style in one of the artistic or literary disciplines
  8. Promote a culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in the community
  9. Creating remarkable and valuable artworks to convey the ideals and values of the Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defense to future generations

Transparency system of Iranian Information Technology Organization portal has data regarding government funding, financial transparency documents, government auction bids data, businesses data, address books, and other data with the aim of discovering government corruption.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Women in the Islamic Consultative Assembly</span> In the Parliament of Iran

In the total 11 terms of the Parliament of the Islamic Republic of Iran, 78 women have won 111 seats in various terms. Some of these women were subsequently disqualified by the Guardian Council, some failed to win the necessary votes to re-enter parliament, some were imprisoned or left Iran, and others are still seeking re-election to the parliament. There are 16 women from 13 constituencies in the current term of the parliament of Iran.

Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Internal Regulations of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Program, Budget and Accounting Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly shall be formed to perform the assigned tasks within the scope of the country program, country budget, supervision of the program and budget and the Court of Accounts and Finance of the Assembly, and to provide statistics and general technical services in accordance with the provisions of the regulation.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Investigative Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly</span> One of the commissions of the parliament of Iran

Pursuant to Article 42 of the Law on Internal Regulations of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Investigative Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly is responsible for reviewing the credentials of members of the Assembly who have not been approved by the branches or have been challenged by other representatives. The fifteen branches of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, after appointing their board of directors, are obliged to nominate two of their members who are more knowledgeable about legal issues and have the necessary qualifications to join the Investigative Commission to be read in the public meeting of the Assembly. Therefore, the Investigative Commission will have 15 main members and 15 alternate members.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Internal Regulation Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly</span> One of the commissions of the parliament of Iran

Pursuant to Article 43 of the Law on Internal Regulations of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Internal Regulation Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly is responsible for reviewing plans and bills proposed by the representatives and branches to amendment of internal regulations and change in the process of implementation of affairs of the Assembly. The commission evaluates the relevant plans and bills and reports the result. Each of the fifteen branches of the Islamic Consultative Assembly is obliged to nominate one of its qualified members to be a member of this commission so that the result can be determined after reviewing his / her credentials. Therefore, the Internal Regulation Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly will have 15 members.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Article 90 of the Constitution Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly</span> One of the commissions of the parliament of Iran

Pursuant to Article 44 of the Law on Internal Regulations of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Article 90 of the Constitution Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly is formed in order to organize and streamline the Assembly and the representatives, especially in relation to the work of the Executive, Judiciary and Parliament branches, based on various articles of the constitution, especially its ninetieth article. The structure of the members of this commission is as follows:

  1. One representative from each specialized commission of the Assembly
  2. Eight representatives elected by the heads of branches and the board of directors of the Assembly as permanent members

Pursuant to Article 46 of the Law on Internal Regulations of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Education, Research and Technology Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly shall be formed in accordance with the provisions of the regulations to perform its assigned duties in the areas of general education, technical and vocational education, higher education and research and technology matters in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Pursuant to Article 55 of the Law on Internal Regulations of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Civil Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly is formed to perform its assigned duties in the fields of road maintenance and transportation, housing, urban and rural development, and civil affairs of municipalities in accordance with the provisions of the regulation.
