Curses 'N Chaos is a 2D, wave-based, arena-brawler video game with a focus on 2-player co-op by independent developer Tribute Games. The game was released on August 18, 2015 for Windows, OS X, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita.
The game is a single screen arena brawler where you fight waves of enemies. Players have the ability to craft new items and power ups, as well play alongside a friend, locally or online. The PlayStation platforms support cross-buy, cross-save and cross-play features. Players can choose between one of two heroes, Lea and Leo, to fight in melee combat against progressively more difficult waves of AI enemies.
Global Defence Force is a PlayStation 2 third-person shooter video game developed by Sandlot. The game was originally published as The Chikyū Bōeigun 2 in Japan by D3 Publisher, as volume 81 of the Simple 2000 series of budget games. Toukiden: The Age of Demons is an action role-playing game developed by Omega Force for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita. It was released on June 27, 2013 in Japan. Tecmo Koei Games showcased the PlayStation Vita version of the game at E3 2013, and released the game within North America on February 11, 2014 exclusively on PlayStation Vita. Guacamelee! is a Metroidvania action platforming video game developed and published by DrinkBox Studios, initially launched in April 2013 for platforms PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita and was later ported to Microsoft Windows in August and to OS X and Linux in February 2014. The game was funded by Kickstarter and was released for Microsoft Windows on March 25, 2014, and for PlayStation 4 on April 1, 2014. In the game, the player traverses a procedurally generated environment without prescribed goals. The world's flora and fauna emit unique musical signatures, combinations of which cause dynamic shifts in audio based on the player's surroundings.
Helldivers is a top-down shooter game developed by Arrowhead Game Studios and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The game was released for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita with cross-play, on March 3, 2015 in North America and on March 4, 2015 in Europe, respectively. A version for Microsoft Windows was also released via Steam on December 7, 2015, making it the first game Sony released on PC. It features both couch and online co-op, up to four players. Helldivers takes inspiration from military science fiction such as Aliens and Starship Troopers. While solo play is possible, it is often beneficial to play cooperatively, as this allows the players distribute the requirements effectively. This comes with its own risks, however, most notably friendly fire.
Crypt of the NecroDancer is a roguelike rhythm video game developed and published by Canadian independent game studio Brace Yourself Games. The game takes fundamental elements of a roguelike dungeon exploration game and adds a beat-matching rhythm game set to an original soundtrack written by Danny Baranowsky. The player's actions are most effective when moving the character set to the beat of the current song and are impaired when they miss a beat, so it is necessary to learn the rhythmic patterns that the various creatures follow. The mixed-genre game includes the ability to import custom music, and the option to use a dance pad instead of traditional controllers or the keyboard. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux in April 2015, being co-published by Klei Entertainment, for the PlayStation 4 and Vita in February 2016, for the Xbox One in February 2017, and for Nintendo Switch in February 2018. Crypt of the NecroDancer Pocket Edition, developed for iOS, was released in June 2016.

Woah Dave! is a platform video game developed and published by MiniVisions for iOS, Microsoft Windows, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita. The game was released on iOS, Windows, and Nintendo 3DS on October 30, 2014. It was released for the PlayStation Vita on January 6, 2015. A PlayStation 4 version was released on March 31, 2015. Said PS4 version of Woah Dave! was released with two new levels, six new characters, boss battles, new enemy types, UFOs players can hitch a ride on, other hidden Easter eggs and the ability to play the original version of the game. The added features were patched onto Woah Dave! on all of the platforms it was released on.

Downwell is a video game that is a combination of a vertically scrolling shooter and platform game with elements of a roguelike. It was developed by Ojiro Fumoto and published by Devolver Digital for iOS and Microsoft Windows in October 2015, for Android in January 2016, and for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in May 2016. A Nintendo Switch version was released in January 2019. British studio Red Phantom Games developed the Switch and PlayStation ports.
God Wars: Future Past is a tactical role-playing game developed by Kadokawa Games, and published by NIS America outside of Japan. The original version of the game was released in June 2017 for the PS4 and PS Vita. An expanded version of the game, God Wars: The Complete Legend, was released worldwide on the Nintendo Switch on September 4, 2018. The expanded version was also released on PS4 and PS Vita exclusively in Japan.
Mordhau is a multiplayer medieval hack and slash fighting game developed by the independent Slovenian studio Triternion, with a prominent aspect of skill-based competitive play and customization. It features a combat system emphasizing hand-to-hand combat, loosely based on historical techniques such as feints, redirection, and alternative use of weapons. Other features include ranged weapons, siege engines and mounted combat. The game was released on April 29, 2019 for Microsoft Windows via Steam. Versions for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S are in development.
Ninja Senki is a 2D action platform video game created by Canadian indie developer Jonathan Lavigne. It was inspired by classic NES games such as Ninja JaJaMaru-kun and Mega Man. The 8-bit style game has the same resolution as Game Boy console games.
