History

Cybersoft was founded by Charlie Yalamanchili, an entrepreneur who also founded CNC Investments, a highly successful commercial real estate investment company that was launched in 1982. [2] CNC has grown from a humble beginning into the third largest property management firm in Houston, Texas. CNC has assets valued in excess of $1.5 billion, employs over 900 people, and spans over 6 states including New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Oklahoma. [3]

Cybersoft invented a system, PrimeroEdge, formerly Primero Food Service Solutions, [4] that serves as a pre-paid school cafeteria meal system, so children in cafeterias do not have to have cash on their person as they pay for their meals. [5]

The Energy Corridor is a business district in Houston, Texas, located on the west side of the metropolitan area between Beltway 8 and the Grand Parkway. Greater Katy Area is the term often used to refer to a suburban region on the west side of the Greater Houston metropolitan area roughly corresponding to the boundaries of the Katy Independent School District. Many people and businesses in this area have a Katy address, but are not part of the city of Katy. This area includes the suburbs that surround the Katy city limits west to Pederson road, roughly east to State Highway 6, north to FM 529, and south to FM 1093/ Westpark Tollway Parkway. <i>Burkenroad Reports</i>

Burkenroad Reports are widely circulated financial reports on small- to medium-sized companies around the Gulf Coast that are traditionally under-followed by bulge bracket stock analysts. Colloquially the Burkenroad-followed companies are referred to as "stocks under rocks". The reports are published by the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Under faculty supervision, students work in small groups to produce the reports after visiting companies and interviewing top management. This procedure gives students the opportunity to develop practical stock analysis skills.
