Dallas Oberholzer (born 27 June 1975) is a South African professional skateboarder. [2]
He competed in the men's park event at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics [3] and was the 2nd oldest competitor, in this event behind Rune Glifberg. [4] He finished 20th in the 2021 competition. [5]
Oberholzer returned to Olympic Competition in the 2024 Paris Summer Games, competing once more in the men's park event and finishing 22nd in the prelims. [6] At age 49, he was the second-oldest competitor in the 2024 event. Veteran British/American skateboarder Andy Macdonald was older at age 51.
Oberholzer started skateboarding in 1985. [3] He graduated 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg. [7] . In August 2024, he was the subject of an Associated Press profile article which chronicled his odyssey to the 2024 Paris Olympics [8] .
Rune Glifberg, nicknamed "The Danish Destroyer", is a Danish professional skateboarder. He is one of three skaters to have competed at every X Games. He has a total of 12 X Games medals. At 46, he became the oldest skateboarder to ever compete in the Olympic Games and the first male skateboarder to ever compete in a park event in the Olympic Games when he represented Denmark in the men's park event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
Nyjah Imani Huston is an American professional skateboarder. With numerous sponsorships and competition prize winnings, Huston is one of the highest paid skateboarders in the world. Huston won gold medals at the SLS Super Crown World Championship in 2014, 2017 to 2019, and has won 15 gold medals at the X Games since 2011. Huston won his first Olympic Medal, a bronze, in the 2024 Olympic men's street event at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Sky Brown is a British-Japanese professional skateboarder and surfer who competes for Great Britain. She was the youngest professional skateboarder in the world, and has also won the American TV programme Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. She represented Great Britain at the 2020 Summer Olympics, where she won a bronze medal in the park event, making her the country's youngest ever medallist. She repeated this feat by winning bronze for a second time in park at the 2024 Summer Olympics. In addition, she won the same event at the 2023 World Skateboarding Championship.

Keegan Palmer is an Australian-American goofy-footed professional skateboarder specialising in park skating. He turned professional at the age of 14. In 2021 at the 2020 Summer Olympics, Palmer won the gold medal in the inaugural men's park skateboarding competition. Palmer became a two-time Olympic gold medalist, winning the men's park skateboarding competition at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.
Kieran Woolley is an Australian skateboarder known for his technical abilities and innovative style. He grew up riding motorcycles, surfing and skating on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. He first competed in skateboarding at the age of 12 and soon won Junior and later Senior Australian Street, Bowl and Park Championships. Woolley is currently ranked #4 in the World Skate male park rankings for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Cocona Hiraki, is a Japanese skateboarder. She won a silver medal in the women's park event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, becoming the youngest Japanese athlete on record to participate in the Summer Olympic Games. She won a silver medal again in the women's park event at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Skateboarding competitions at the 2024 Summer Olympics were held from from 28 July to 7 August at Place de la Concorde, returning to the program for the second time since the sport's official debut three years earlier in Tokyo 2020. With the showcase of youthful talents and the level of competition continually rising, Paris 2024 will witness more skateboarders compete across four medal events as the roster size gradually expands from 80 in Tokyo to 88.
