Dan Baugh (born September 10, 1974 in Regina, Saskatchewan) [1] is a Canadian rugby union player, who retired in 2005 due to a long string of injuries. He ended his career in Wales with the Cardiff Blues of the Celtic League. [2]
A popular player at the Cardiff Arms Park, he joined the club in 1998 after back row forward Gwyn Jones broke his neck. The Canadian international, renowned for his direct running and bruising tackles, enjoyed a successful period at the club. His approach has however not come without his share of injuries to his knees in particular, but it was a break to his foot which caused him to retire.
After retirement, he remained with Cardiff Blues as a conditioning coach. During the 2007–8 season he became forwards coach. In 2011 he left Cardiff Blues to take up a permanent role with Wales. In 2014 it was announced he would join Wasps RFC as the strength and conditioning coach.
He played 27 times for the Canadian national team.
In November 2023, Baugh, then Head of Performance for Dragons RFC, received a four-game suspension from the Welsh Rugby Union for breaching disciplinary regulations during a match. [2] [3]

Gavin Lloyd Henson is a Welsh former professional rugby union player, who played as a fly-half, fullback and inside centre.
Gethin Jenkins is a Welsh former professional rugby union player who played as a prop for Pontypridd, Celtic Warriors, Cardiff Blues and Toulon. At international level, he won 129 caps for Wales. On his 105th appearance in 2014, he became Wales' most-capped player, overtaking the record held by Stephen Jones; having earned his final cap in November 2016, his record was surpassed by Alun Wyn Jones in September 2019. He is one of a small group of Welsh players to have won three Grand Slams. He also won five caps for the British & Irish Lions on three tours in 2005, 2009 and 2013. His career has been spent in both Wales and England including top level rugby in Wales and in the Celtic League, winning a number of trophies in both countries. He has represented Wales from school level to full international honours as well as being selected by the Barbarians. Despite being tipped as the "next best thing" during his early career and being a great points kicker Jarvis only earned one cap for Wales at full international level. After retiring from rugby union as a player, Jarvis took up coaching. He is currently head coach at Rhydyfelin RFC.
Kingsley Jones is a Welsh rugby union coach, currently in charge of the Canadian national team. A former Welsh international player, Jones has played and coached at various levels, from playing at the amateur level to the professional level in Wales and England. He since went on to become a professional coach at club and international level.
Joshua Turnbull is a Welsh former professional rugby union player, who played in the back row and second row. He played for the Scarlets and Cardiff Rugby in the United Rugby Championship, and at club level for Carmarthen Quins, Llanelli and Llandovery. He played internationally for Wales at under-16, under-18, under-19 and under-20 levels, Wales 7s and earned 13 caps for the senior team between 2011 and 2022. Born in Haverfordwest, he is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Anthony Mark Bennett is a Welsh International rugby union player. He made three appearances for his country, as well as representing Swansea RFC, Cardiff RFC and Neath RFC in the top division of Welsh club rugby, and Bristol RFC in English club rugby. Following his retirement from playing, Bennett became a strength and conditioning coach, holding the position of conditioning coach for the Welsh national team for four years.
