Major General Robertus Carolus Nicolaa Remkes is Director, Strategy, Policy and Assessments, U.S. European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany. As Director of Strategy, Plans and Policy, he is responsible for formulation and staff direction of the execution of basic military and political policy, as well as planning for command activities involving relations with other U.S. Unified Commands, allied military and international military organizations and subordinate commands. He also serves as Director of Capabilities and Assessments. In this capacity he is responsible for the development of force structure requirements; conducting studies, analyses and assessments; and for evaluating military forces, plans, programs and strategies.

He is now a member of the research faculty at George Mason University. As one of three active-duty numbered air forces in Air Combat Command, 8th Air Force provides long-range global strike, battle management, surveillance and reconnaissance, intelligence, information operations, tactical air control, and expeditionary heavy construction capabilities to combatant commanders. The "Mighty Eighth" also conducted computer network operations as the Air Force component to the Joint Task Force for Global Network Operations before that duty was transferred to 24th Air Force, and trains Air and Space Operations Center personnel for worldwide deployment and participation in the multinational Joint Expeditionary Force Experiment.
General Ronald Wilburn Yates served as Commander, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As AFMC Commander, Yates was responsible for research, development, test, acquisition and logistics support for the Air Force from 18 specialized centers and 116,000 military and civilian employees around the world.

Gerald V. Goodfellow is a retired United States Air Force brigadier general, and the current Chief Executive Officer of the Small Business Consulting Corporation. Goodfellow was commissioned in 1989 through the University of New Mexico Air Force ROTC program. Goodfellow has flown a wide variety of military aircraft, but primarily the B-1 Bomber. In 1995, Goodfellow flew a non-stop flight around the world that set two world records. For that flight Goodfellow won the Mackay Trophy for the U.S. Air Force's most meritorious flight of the year. Goodfellow has commanded at flight, squadron, group, and wing levels, and was the Commander and Commandant at the U.S. Air Force Squadron Officer College. In his last assignment he was director of Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements, Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. Prior to that, he was the Director of the Nuclear Enterprise Directorate at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
Lieutenant General Mark F. Ramsay is a retired United States Air Force officer who served as the Director, Force Structure, Resources and Assessment, on the Joint Chiefs of Staff from August 2012 to October 2015. He concurrently served as the Joint Requirements Oversight Council Secretary and as the Chairman of the Joint Capabilities Board. Prior to that, he served as the commanding general of 18th Air Force from September 2011 to August 2012.
