The Daniel Prodan Stadium is a multi-use stadium located in Satu Mare, Romania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of CSM Satu Mare. For almost all its existence, the stadium was the home ground of Olimpia Satu Mare.

The stadium holds 18,000 people, but only 1,500 on seats and it can also host athletics competitions due to the clay track that surrounds the pitch. It is the 11th stadium in the country by capacity.

The stadium was known as Olimpia Stadium but was renamed in February 2017 as Daniel Prodan Stadium in honor of the former international footballer Daniel Prodan. [3]

The 2005–06 season was Bihor Oradea's 47th season in the Romanian football league system, and their 27th season in the Divizia B. At the end of the season the team finished on 2nd place and qualified for the Divizia A promotion play-off that was held on Lia Manoliu Stadium from Bucharest. FC Bihor played against the 2nd places from the other series, Forex Brașov and Unirea Urziceni, but failed to promoted. FC Bihor's 47th seasons was another agitated one, with a lot of changes in the managerial and technical staff, also for promotion was a tough fight against another team from Bihor County, Liberty Salonta, which finished 1st. The 2020–21 Liga IV was the 79th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season was initially postponed due to the high costs generated by COVID-19 pandemic, but on 7 April 2021, the Romanian Football Federation approved a new protocol for the amateur leagues, with lower costs. The county associations had only a month to play a blitzkrieg season, but only 24 leagues had a competition and announced a champion in time, three other county associations organized a competition, but which ended after the deadline imposed by the FRF.

After retirement, Staicu started his manager career and was the manager of many Divizia A clubs, among them: Olimpia Satu Mare, Bihor Oradea, Universitatea Cluj or UM Timișoara.
