Danny McCray (born March 11, 1974) is an American former athlete who competed in sprinting events.

McCray, a Texas state championship winner at Ellison High School, ran for Texas A&M and was a six-time NCAA All-American. He was an NCAA champion in the 4 x 100 metres and made the 400 metres final of the 1997 Summer Universiade. While at Texas A&M he also played on the football team as a wide receiver. [1]

In 1999 he won a Pan American Games silver medal in the 400 metres and was on the U.S. team at the World Championships in Seville, running in the heats of the 4x400 metres. [2]

McCray was an alternate for the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. [3]

Danny Everett is an American former track and field athlete who competed in sprinting events, specializing in the 400 metres. He won bronze medals in the 400m at the 1988 Olympic Games and at the 1991 World Championships, and won gold medals in the 4 × 400 m relay at the 1987 World Championships and the 1988 Olympic Games. His 400m best of 43.81 seconds when winning the 1992 US Olympic trials, moved him to second on the world all-time list and still ranks him 17th on the world all-time list. As of August 2024, his time of 43.81 remains the track record for New Orleans.

Danny D. McFarlane, OD is a Jamaican hurdler, who has won numerous international medals in individual and relay contests. Having won five medals at the World Championships in Athletics and an Olympic bronze medal with the Jamaican 4 x 400 metres team, McFarlane has also won in individual competition: he took an Olympic silver medal in the 400 metres hurdles at the 2004 Athens Olympics. He competed collegiately for the University of Oklahoma. At Oklahoma, McFarlane won the 1997 4 × 400 meter relay at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Suziann Reid is an American-Jamaican former track and field sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter dash. She set a personal record of 50.74 seconds for the distance in 1999. She was a silver medalist with the American women's 4 × 400-meter relay team at the 1999 World Championships in Athletics. She was part of the World Championship team twice more, in 2001 and 2005, and helped the United States to silver at the 2002 IAAF World Cup and gold at the 2001 Goodwill Games.

Fredrick Lee Kerley is an American track and field sprinter. He was the Olympic silver medalist over 100 m at the 2020 Olympics and bronze medalist at the 2024 Olympics in the same event. He has also medalled in the 400m, 4 x 100m relay, and 4 × 400 m relay and won eleven Diamond League races, including two Diamond League finals - the 400m in 2018 and the 100m in 2021.

Quentin Jarrod Iglehart-Summers is an American former track and field sprinter, who specialized in the 400-meter dash. He set a personal record of 45.46 seconds for the event in 2008. He was a gold medalist in the 4 × 400 metres relay at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in 2012. He also won a relay gold medal at the 2006 World Junior Championships in Athletics. At collegiate level he was a four-time national champion in the relay with the Baylor Bears.
