Dante Henderson [1] (born 1969 in Kansas City) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, choreographer, model and actor.
Henderson’s family moved to California when he was two years old. There, he studied at Hollywood High School before receiving a scholarship to the California Institute of the Arts.
Henderson's first known appearance as a professional dancer was in 1991, collaborating with Debbie Allen at the 63rd Academy Awards. [2] He went on and danced with the assistance of Allen at the 64th and 65th Academy Awards shows. [3] [4] He worked alongside numerous well known artists. [5] He worked as a go-go dancer in Tokyo during the 1990s. [6]
As a model, Henderson posed for Herb Ritts in a Levi's campaign that took place in Africa.
Henderson worked in movies alongside Robin Williams, Adam Sandler, and Rob Schneider. His movie credits include I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, These Old Broads, and Gun Shy.
