Dariusz Kozubek (born 11 April 1975) is a Polish football manager and former player.

Kozubek has previously played for Szczakowianka Jaworzno, Polonia Warsaw, Korona Kielce and Zagłębie Sosnowiec Korona Kielce in the Polish Ekstraklasa. [1]
