Darren Garforth (born 9 April 1966) is a former international rugby union player who played tighthead prop for Leicester Tigers and England.
Garforth was born in Coventry, signed for Leicester Tigers and made his Leicester debut against Northampton Saints in 1991. He would go on to make over 300 appearances for the club. Wearing the C shirt, as part of the ABC club with Graham Rowntree (A) and Richard Cockerill (B). He was an important part of Tigers side which won the English league four times and the Heineken Cup twice. [1] [2]
Garforth made his England debut on 15 March 1997 against Wales. Garforth was eventually dropped from the England side in favour of Phil Vickery, but would continue to make some appearances, his 25th and final cap coming against Italy in 2000.
He was offered the chance to tour North America with England in 2001 but turned down the opportunity, which went to Leicester teammate Ricky Nebbett instead.
After leaving Leicester in 2003, he moved to second division Nuneaton as player-coach. Tigers signed England prop Julian White as a replacement.

Earlier in his career he played top division rugby for Newcastle Gosforth and Bristol. Richard Cockerill is an English rugby union coach and former player and was most recently the manager of Top 14 side Montpellier. He was the England national team's interim head coach between Eddie Jones and Steve Borthwick. He played as a hooker, spending the majority of his career at Leicester Tigers where he played 255 games over two spells, he won 27 caps for England and was included in the 1999 Rugby World Cup squad. He won five league titles, two European Cups and two domestic cups as a player.
Graham Christopher Rowntree is an English rugby union former player and current head coach of Irish club Munster. He played loosehead prop for Leicester Tigers and England. He was capped 54 times for England, despite having to compete for his position with one of the world's most capped forwards, Jason Leonard. Rowntree was born in Stockton-on-Tees. He was educated at John Cleveland College, Hinckley, Leicestershire, which has also produced other rugby union players.
Julian Martin White MBE is an English Landowner, best known for his time playing professional rugby union as a prop for Leicester Tigers and England. White was regarded as an aggressive tighthead prop, one of the most powerful forwards in the game, and for his destructive scrummaging.

Martín Leandro Castrogiovanni is an Italian-Argentine retired rugby union player. He was born in Paraná, Argentina, but qualified for Italy through his heritage.
