Daudmannsodden ("Dead Man's Cape") is a headland in Oscar II Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of about three kilometers. [1] Daudmannsodden and Salpynten mark the southern entrance of the strait of Forlandsundet. [2] The coast between Daudmannsodden and Eidembukta is characterized by foul waters, skerries and islets outside small bays. [3]

Brøggerhalvøya is a peninsula in Oscar II Land on the west coast of the island of Spitsbergen in Svalbard, Norway. It is 20 kilometers (12 mi) long and 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) wide and borders Kongsfjorden to the north and Forlandsundet to the west. Ny-Ålesund, the world's northernmost permanent settlement, is located on the peninsula, which is named for Waldemar Christopher Brøgger.

St. Jonsfjorden is a fjord in Oscar II Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of 21 kilometer, and opens westwards into the strait of Forlandsundet. It is named after land owner Carl Otto Løvenskiold. The glacier of Dahlbreen extends from Løvenskioldfonna to Forlandsundet.

Poolepynten is a headland at the eastern coast of the Prins Karls Forland at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located within the strait of Forlandsundet. The headland is named after British whaler Jonas Poole. It has a length of about 1.5 kilometers.

Retreatment of the glacier has formed the bay of Dahlbrebukta.

Eidembukta is a bay in Oscar II Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a width of about 4.5 kilometers, and is located at the southeastern side of Forlandsundet. The glacier of Eidembreen debouches into the bay. The bay is named after Norwegian politician and naval officer Ole Thorenius Eidem.

The valley has a length of about ten kilometers, and is located east of the mountain ridge of Linnéfjella. In the lower part of the valley is the lake of Linnévatnet, which is among the largest lakes of Spitsbergen.

Griegfjellet is a mountain in Nordenskiöld Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of about 4.5 kilometers and contains several peaks, of which the highest is 781 m.a.s.l.. The mountain is part of Linnéfjella. It is named after Norwegian ship broker and politician Joachim Grieg.

Hübnerbreen is a glacier at Barentsøya, Svalbard. It is located at the eastern part of the island, and is named after mining engineer and Arctic explorer Adolf Hübner. The mountain of Buklerimen separates Hübnerbreen from Freemanbreen. The coastal plain of Ritterflya, at the east coast of Barentsøya, is formed by deposits from Hübnerbreen and the nearby Reymondbreen.
