Dave Rand (born 8 December 1973) is a Welsh former-professional cyclist who represented Wales in the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, riding the road race event. [1]
Malcolm Elliott is a former English professional cyclist, whose professional career has lasted from 1984 to 1997 when he retired and from 2003 up to 2011 when he made his comeback in British domestic racing.

Since the folding of Team Endura Winn has been director of Sugar Loaf Road, which organises bike riding weekends in the Black Mountains.
