John Tanner (born 4 February 1968) [1] is a retired British Professional cyclist from Yorkshire.
Tanner competed in the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games. [2]
He represented England in the road race, at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, New Zealand, [3] the 1998 Commonwealth Games and 2002 Commonwealth Games. [4] [5]
He has won the season-long British Cycling Premier Calendar a record of five times overall
